“Good resort”

Location is 3min. walk from Lido ferry terminal. The hotel is like a resort home, warm environment, and silent. The gorgeous view from the top of the hotel was also very impressive both in the mornimg and the night. We can highly recommend the hotel if you can stay more than 2 days in Venice.

“Villa Delle Palme: une excellente adresse de villégiature.”

Très attachante" maison de poupée" située à 5 minutes à pied de la gare de vaporetti du Lido et des commerces environnants.Buffet du petit déjeuner correct mais offrant peu de variété de choix. Jolie vue sur Venise du haut de la tour accessible à toute heure. Si l'on vient en voiture, possibilité appréciable de se garer dans l'enceinte de la villa contre une somme modique.

“Great Stay in the Lido”

We had a third floor room, per our request, in small palazzo/hotel. Upstairs was a terrace and above that stairs to a pleasant terrace with a view of St Marks square in the distance. It was a pleasant space to drink wine, eat cheese and unwind. There were tables only on the terrace, but the staff brought up plastic chairs from the garden promptly. In fact, the staff was helpful and smiling throughout our 4 night stay. They recommended great restaurants. We actually extended our stay an extra night. Location: We were 5 min walk from the main vaporetto station (elissabetta) which was 10 minutes from St. Marks' Square. The number 1 vaporetta ran every 10 minutes. The hotel was near lots of restaurants and shopping easily accessible on foot. No need for a car, in my opinion. The hotel rents bikes to explore the island. We caught a bus to the Nicola Beach where the America's Cup boats were practicing. Very easy. The room was spacious by Venice standards, and the bath was quite large. Shower was the standard small Italian shower, but worked well. Plenty of hot water. The only unexpected thing was the air-conditioning is not turned on until end of May. We had a few warm days, but opened the windows and the door to the hall to cool off the room. We were never uncomfortable bc nights were cool. Loved the Lido. More affordable, more spacious and Venice was close enough.

“Bien placé mais confort un peu juste”

L'hôtel est très bien situé et les chambres sont propres et bien décorées. La clim fonctionne bien et le petit déjeuner est suffisamment copieux. La plage du Lido est à quelques minutes et le vaporetto pour Venise centre à quelques pas. Le seul bémol vient des matelas trop durs et de la salle de bain très petite (surtout la cabine de douche). Allez faire un tour sur le toit de l'hôtel (la tour est accessible), la vue vaut le détour !
