“HOTEL ALBORO VENISE”

Très bien situé, à 2mn de la station vaporetto ST ANGELO (ligne 1)et proche des principaux lieux touristiques.Accueil chaleureux du personnel parlant Français.Chambres agréables et très propres. Petit déjeuner copieux avec un excellent café. Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour à l'Alboro.

“Well Satisfied! Staff outstanding!”

Our room looked out over a picturesque small canal. All normal functions of the room worked properly. The breakfast each morning was delicious! There was a large variety of choices to meet many tastes and dietary requirements. The hostess was most pleasant and accomodating. The desk clerks were friendly and helpful.

“In the heart of Venice”

A very nice small hotel with a perfect location (next to the "sant Angelo" water station). The breakfast is simple but satisfying. The price is affordable, considering the location.

“Great Hotel!”

Loved this hotel...we had a hard time finding it at first, but only because google maps is not updated. It is literally right next to the water bus station(1 minute walk, very convenient), really easy to find when you know what you are looking for. Loved the staff, they were very helpful. Good breakfast, I will come back and stay again.

Had a lovely time here. The room and hotel was clean and we had a lovely canal view from our room. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a wonderful hotel, very old with 10 foot doors and high ceilings. Staff very kind and helpful, breakfast is very European, and delicious. :)

- Très bien situé (central et à 50 m de la station de Vaporetto S. Angelo). Très bon accueil. Très propre. Calme. - Déjeûner simple. Pas de wifi et pas d'internet diponible dans l'hôtel.

“Small cute Hotel in Venice”

This is a typical small but cute Venetian hotel located between Rialto and San Marco. It is very conveniently located and there is a Vaporetto stop 50 steps away. The hotel is air conditioned and the hotel staff is very nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to people who want to enjoy Venice and do not ask for too many frills.

“Quiet location, easy to find”

Very easy to find, just a few 100 yards of the vaporeto station. Very helpful personnel at the desk. We had a room for 4, with a queen and two double beds and private bath, view on to a little side canal and no noise at all. The location is great, just two stops from the Rialto and 3 stops from the Guggenheim museum. The same line goes to San Marco. From there it is easy to go to Murano or the Lido. You are in Venice and most buildings are old, very old, so some of the expectations have to be set accordingly. There are no integrated AC's or elevators, but you learn to appreciate what real shudders can do to keep the sun from heating the rooms. Our room had AC. We would come back to the Hotel to freshen up for dinner and turn it on. The temperature was nice when we came back to go to sleep. The breakfast was OK. Considering that in Italy you have just a cup of coffee and some sweet bread, the meat, cheese, cereals, fruit salad and yoghurt was a nice extra. The coffee was absolutely wonderful, Americano from an expresso machine. The lady working there was gret with the kids, trying hard to find out what their wishes were, all without speaking much English. We can recommend this Hotel for any family looking for a room for 4.

“Hôtel de L'Alboro à Venise: facile d'accès”

Hôtel situé près de l'arrêt de vaporetto St-Angelo et 10 minutes de marche du pont Rialto. Juste assez loin de la place St-Marc pour éviter les foules mais assez prêt pour y marcher. Hôtel propre et bon petit déjeuner.
