“Hotel Hilton Venise au calme et proximité touristique.”

le service hotelier est parfait, cependant le petit déjeuner ne correspond pas à un 5 étoiles, le buffet n'étant pas vraiment à la hauteur notamment dans ce qui était réalisé sur place (Oeufs brouillés, pancakes trop cuit ou pas assez, gâteaux ratés, bacon trop cuit...) c'est dommage car pour le reste luxe calme et volupté...

“Great hotel, liked the waterbuses”

Pluses - great modern hotel, great location. Real easy to fnd. The inclusive hotel waterbus transfers are a real bonus. And they were all punctual. Minus - Prices. €28 for a burger, €8 a beer and €10 for a glass of wine. Eating and drinking ain't cheap.

Fabulous hotel -- outstanding staff -- extremely helpful concierge -- especially the gentleman in the full tux. The setting was absolutely beautiful. We were facing the canal -- the room especially large for Venice. The bed very comfortable. We were extremely happy we were on the Executive floor. The amenities offered were well worth the money. Would definitely recommend to friends and would go back in a heartbeat.

Nous avons eu une chambre confortable pour 3 avec la joie du bain à remous qui a fait sensation chez notre fils de 6 ans. Le bateau de l'hôtel est très pratique.

An extremely pleasant location, away from all the tourists (even if you are one yourself) with the advantages of luxury launch services included make this a wonderful hotel. Marble flooring and chandeliers (Murano ?) and beautiful wall decorations, curtains and linens give an impression of being spoilt rotten. Helpful staff fluent in English is also a plus. Negative aspects are prices for meals - minibar and drinks in the bar especially when just a 5 minite boatride away there are many places where same can be had for so much less.

“Elegant AND Friendly Service”

Gorgeously beautiful, meticulously maintained, wonderful location (if you don't mind the free water taxi ride to Piazza San Marco). Staff was courteous and efficient...eager to please and make sure our stay was pleasant. When sandwiches ordered from cafe were slow in arriving, they were delivered to our water taxi bagged to go and free!

“Superb Location”

Hotel accommodation was fantastic and ideally located away from the crowds, good breakfasts, very friendly and helpful staff. Use of the hotel launch service to get across the lagoon to St. Marks Square, etc. was invaluable.
