“go Venice”

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Reception girl provided the breakfast at time you desired. It was very close to ferry stop. Venice streets are scary in the night because they are too narrow and deserted. Other than the waterfronts, there are plenty of restaurants located inside these streets, and they provide authentic Italian food.

“Good Deal”

Venice is walkable in a day no matter where you are staying so Hotel Doge works great because its close enough to the major sites, but also very close to the train station which make it very convenient. The room was comfortable and had air conditioning and a nice bathroom which is refreshing after a long day of sightseeing. The 24 hour front desk attendents were helpful and always there for our late arrivals/early departure itnierary.

“Hôtel DOGE à VENISE : calme, proche des lieux touristiques réservé aux gens aimant flâner comme nous”

Hôtel de 10 chambres très agréable bien situé pour les bons marcheurs . Petit déjeuner servi dans la chambre . Seule petite remarque, le mauvais vieillissement des joints de la douche.

“Doge was excellent.”

This hotel was very conveniently located near the St. Lucia terminal which makes It very easy to find your way around Venice walking or water taxi. The location was also excellent for bargain hunting. The breakfast was excellent , the staff went out of their way to help us in any way possible, and the Bathrooms were clean. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. They even kept my bags safe after checkout. Good job

“Dreadful Hotel”

Only good thing I can say is the location is ideal if you arrive by train in the centre. The reception is 3 foot square, no lounge area or dining room and at the end , would only accept CASH as the method of payment. I use expedia all the time and this is by far the worst example I have experienced. Will definately never go there again and strongly advise others not to do so either.
