Tout a été parfait pour notre séjour de 2 nuits. Bel accueil, endroit propre, bon petit déjeuner. À distance de marche de la station de bus et des vaporetto. Bons restaurants à proximité, épicerie, boutiques, plage.

Un coin de paradis !
Situé au Lido de Venise la Casa delle Rose est un endroit charmant et très calme. A 5 min des commerces, restaurants et des transports. Ajoutez à cela la plage à 10 min, le paradis par ces chaleurs ! Accueil au top par un hôte chaleureux, toujours de bons conseils et astuces. Compter une vingtaine de minutes pour rejoindre la place San Marco en vaporetto. Pour résumer, eviter la cohue de Venise en choisissant cet endroit tranquille et offrant tous les avantages. Merci Stefano !

Nous avons choisi Casa delle rose pour y passer 2 nuits durant notre voyage à Venise. Stephano était très accueillant et super sympa qui nous a donné de très bons conseils pour nous faciliter la visite de Venise. L'emplacement de l'hotel à Lido est parfait pour une arrivée très facile et un départ sans trop de correspondances ni effort surtt pour ceux qui ont de grandes valises (c'était notre cas) Je recommande pour un court passage formidable. Merci Stephano.

Chambre confortable et accueil chaleureux
Stéphano est très accueillant, son petit déjeuner est délicieux. De plus nous sommes partis très tôt le matin il nous a préparé un petit déjeuner pour le voyage. La chambre est confortable. Prendre un logement sur le Lido, c'est très pratique pour visiter Venise en prenant le vaporetto.

Great hospitality and quietness
Very nice stay. Confortable and quiet place. Stefano's hospitality is just great, very eager to help and give good tips. And the Lido's area is perfect for its quietness after a day in crowdy and noisy Venice. And if afterall something could be better, I would suggest some modifications for the breakfast, such as to include local pastries.

belle demeure dans un quartier très calme du lido à moins de 10 mn à pied de l'embarcadère,accueil chaleureux de stefano,petit déjeuner copieux(pain grillé,jus de fruit charcuterie,laitages...) préparé chaque matin avec soin ...excellent choix pour découvrir venise(20mn de vaporetto jusqu'à la place st marc)à recommander totalement...

accueil très sympathique, Bed an Breakfeast 5 chambres dont une avec salle d'eau (celle que nous avons occupé) et 2 salles d'eau pour 4 chambres. Bonne situation, au calme, à 5 minutes à pied du débarcardère pour vaporetto vers place St Marc à 10 -15 minutes. Parking inclus (mais 150 € / jour) La personne n'est pas sur place, joignable par téléphone petit déjeuner continental classique, correct (choix de jus de fruit, pains, beurre, confiture industriels, café américain, lait ou thè, fromage et charcuterie à minima) hélas pas de service de chambre (lit non refait, pas de changement de serviettes, pas de ménage) TV : multitude de chaînes uniquement italiennes ... Le prix d'un très bon trois étoiles sans le service

Un B&B comme on les adore
Pour notre premier B&B à Venise, nous pouvons dire que tout était parfait. Le propriétaire Stefano nous a mis tout de suite à l'aise. Nous sommes arrivés dans cette grande maison italienne placée idéalement entre la plage et le centre-ville du Lido, dans un quartier cossu de l'ile. L'accueil est tout simplement excellent. Les installations sont parfaites, avec Internet sans fil, ordinateur à disposition, 2 grandes salles de bains pour 3 chambres , frigo à disposition et une belle salle à manger pour le petit déjeuner. Le propriétaire se plie en 4 pour vous conseiller et faire de votre séjour un moment agréable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et complet. Les chambres sont de belles tailles, avec tout le nécessaire de toilette. En fait, nous ne trouvons rien à redire sur l'établissement. Si juste pour le fun, les sorties de bains qui sont à dispositions sont ridiculement petites.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La struttura è pulita, graziosa e ben collegata, situata a due passi dai vaporetti che partono per Venezia, isole di Burano, Torcello e Murano ed aeroporto. Inoltre la zona è vicina anche alla spiaggia e a numerosi ristoranti e locali dove si mangia bene. Il proprietario, Stefano, è una persona davvero in gamba, sempre disponibile, e la colazione è davvero ottima. Non posso quindi che consigliarne il soggiorno, è stato un vero piacere e se ci ritroveremo da queste parti, torneremo ancora.

Authentic Venetian Accommodation on the Lido
Our host Stefano was amazing and very accommodating with our late arrival on the Lido. He met us outside and helped us with free parking and our luggage. The apartment is situated in the original part of Lido in a very nice quiet street despite being on intersection and has a beautiful garden lovingly tendered by his mum. The rooms are traditional Venetian, authentic, clean and comfortable. We were travelling with my mum and shared a bathroom which was perfectly fine. Stefano's breakfasts were the most delicious smorgasbord of fresh fruit, meats, cheeses and pastries and his coffee was excellent. He was helpful with directions and ferry times and made our stay very pleasant. If you're looking for an authentic Venetian stay than stay at Casa delle Rose. We will be back again!

schönes B&B in einer alten Villa mitten am Lido. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum öffentlichen Strand, 10 Minuten ins Zentrum zu den Vaporetti. Sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Perferktes Service! Das Frühstück ist hervorragend!

Struttura Eccellente al Lido di Venezia
A poche centinaia di metri dagli approdi di Santa Maria Elisabetta al Lido, una struttura molto graziosa, ben arredata, pulita e confortevole: ma ciò che la rende davvero unica è la cortesia e la simpatia di Stefano e della sua famiglia, che gestiscono la struttura. Dopo aver alloggiato regalmente due notti, ho un nuovo punto di riferimento a Venezia!

Make sure your bed and breakfast truly is one
Casa delle Rose doesn't match up with what it says on the bed and breakfast site. It says breakfast is served, not so. The owner has a restaurant but he doesn't make sure YOU HAVE BREAKFAST! You cannot even use the kitchen. There is a mini fridge in the hallway. There is nothing. An old coffee pot is in the hallway but there is no coffee. The towel and washcloth you get is it! So if you stay a few days or dirty your towel- too bad you are out of luck. You had better hand wash it. They have paper slippers, what a waste of money. The toiletries it does provide are not sealed and I noticed if someone doesn't use there's up from a previous visit. They dump it in the old one from someone different. The owner appears to be incredibly frugal. When you are out late he doesn't let you leave a light on to see when you come back. Everything is so so dark. GATE doesn't work well to get in to unlock the door. I wouldn't stay there again. The back yard always needs to be mowed and the noise in the neighborhood is awful. There is a dog that barks constantly at night and nothing is done to help the poor thing. Neighbors from next door talk very loud. Bed is uncomfortable and very very old. Pillows no higher than 2 inches so not soft and comfy.

Hi Rachel, I'm sorry to here this from you and I'll try to answer you: Breakfast:we serve it every morning from 830 to 10 (sometimes earlier if someone need it)..so?? You can NOT use the kitchen because it's in my private zone and you are staying here to sleep and eat breakfast,NOT to cook meals..The mini fridge is for coomon use,you have to buy stuff an keep it there :-D We change towels and sheets after 3 nights staying(we don't have a daily service)..Anyway I could provide fresh towels if you need it(and ask for it).. There's an automatic light in front of the main door and a lamp always on in the corridor.. The noise from the neighborhood is the common noise from life:mowing the grass,barking dogs sometimes..What do you pretend? We give 2 pairs of pillows(4 in total) for every guest with different thickness. Thanks,

Casa delle Rose was near the Lido boat dock.
This bed and breakfast was in close proximity to the Vaparetto. You still walk about ten minutes to get to it. When you arrive there it has a large locked gate which you go through to get to it. It is on Lido Island. Murano is close to it. The Bed and Breakfast is up stairs which has no elevator if you have alot of luggage, so be prepared for that. Steffano offered to help, which was nice but we could never have gotten our suitcases up all the stairs. Has old fashioned locks with large keys that make alot of noise when you get into your room and echo in the hall when people go in and out of their rooms and lock them, QUITE NOISY. There is a small portable refrigerator in the hall next to a desk. You get one towel, washcloth and hand towel to use for your entire stay so you must keep it clean. There is a bidet in the bathroom but you cannot flush any toilet paper in it. Small squares of hard tissue are there for you and you are to throw them in a waste basket instead of flushing your paper. Paper slippers are available, who knows what they are for? Awful shampoo also. Diluted soap in bathroom. There is supposed to be breakfast, nothing was available. Nothing was available for us to eat before we had to leave to catch the boat. The kitchen is ALWAYS LOCKED. NO ACCESS to dishes, just an old coffee pot and spoons. Bed/pillow very uncomfortable without fluff or softness, bed hard as a rock. No air conditioning and extremely noisy with dogs barking all night.

Hi Suzanne, I will try to answer you: All the house it's an "old fashioned" so you have wood doors and locks which are normaly noisy(?).. You get a set of 2 towels + bathrobes but if you need more you could always ask for it.. You can flash the toilet paper,you CAN NOT flush the "single use tissue for the wc".. We serve breakfast every motning from 830 to 10(sometimes earlier if Guest ASKS).. Airconditioning is available from this summer(2016)... Are you sure you were here? Regards.

Wie schön nach einem faszinierenden Tag in Venedig mit dem Vaporetto auf den herbstlich ruhigen, erholsamen Lido zurück zu kommen. Zwischen alten Villen im Herbstlaub und am Strand die Eindrücke verdauen und dann in einem großen ruhigen Zimmer gut zu schlafe, um nach einem reichlichen Frühstück wieder zu starten

This was a great Place to stay! it is out of the noisy areas but still supper close to the center of Lido, Take the boat 5.1 or 5.2 the others stop everywhere and take forever. buy the 24 hour or 36hour etc.. ticket, it will let you get on and off as many times and saves a ton of $ and time. Stefano is the best host, you will not be disappointed at all. Just a note to pay attention to, He has 2 rooms with their own baths and 2 rooms with a shared bath.

Nice B&B in Lido
We stayed for 3 nights in August and were very glad with our choice. Stefano is a great host and the room was spacious and clean. Lido was the perfect retreat from Venice at night, being only a short ferry ride away, and there are many great restaurants nearby. Our only minor quibble was that we didn't realize the bathroom is shared with other guests for the room we booked --- but the bathroom was always clean and tidy so we didn't really mind. Highly recommended for those visiting Venice.

Wir (Freunde) hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit am Strand von Venedig. Die Villa ist sehr gross und liege in der besten Lage, ruhig und doch im Zentrum von der Insel. Der Gastgeber ist hervorragend und weiss was die Leute wollen. Die Villa hat nur vier Zimmer dovon zwei mit Privat Bad und die restlichen zimmern müssen es teilen. Für uns war es nicht schwierig da wir ein Zimmer mit eine Suit-stube hatte. Wenn man dort schläft liegt dir Venedig zur füssen und ist mit dem Bot sehr schnell erreichbar. Ich würde die Villa wieder buchen!

Хозяин был очень дружелюбный, дал всю необходимую информацию о Венеции. У него есть также ресторан, в котором мы вкусно и недорого пообедали. От отеля 10 минут как до изумительного пляжа, так и до лодочной станции. Мы не пожалели, что взяли жилье именно на Лидо. Кондиционер был не в номере, а в коридоре, зато в номере был вентилятор. Вкусный достаточно плотный завтрак: сыр, ветчина, гренки, кофе, соки, фрукты, джемы - все, что хочешь.

Casa dele Rose is at a convenient location that is walking distance from the water bus / ferry, restaurants, shopping areas, and public beaches. There are large bedrooms with comfortable accommodations. The breakfast is served promptly in the morning in a large family style kitchen dining room that lets the guests meet each other. The proprietor is a life long resident of Lido, Italy and is a wealth of knowledge about the Lido - Venice area.

Amazing and comfortable B&B
Amazing bed and breakfast run by Stephano. He was an amazing and warm person who met us, ensured we had everything we needed, and made us breakfast every morning. The room we had was a little dated, but fit well in the whole Venetian atmosphere. Even better, we were able to stay in the suite, and we had an enormous living room to stay in. The hotel was a short 10 min walk from the water taxi, and there are plenty of great restaurants and a grocerg store nearby. Highly recommended.

Perfekt boende för semestern i Venedig
Vi bodde i ett rum med delat badrum och vi delade med ett annat par, helt utan problem. Frukosten var riktigt bra för att vara ett så litet ställe. Det tar några minuter att ta sig in till Venedig, men det var skönt att komma ifrån alla turister. Stefano, som driver stället, var otroligt service minded och hjälpte till med allt han kunde. Casa delle Rose rekommenderas varmt!

Der Zimmervermieter ist sehr verlässlich und gibt gute Tipps, die in Venedig durchaus hilfreich sind. Er spricht hervorragend englisch. Die Zimmer sind groß und im Stile eines klassischen Bead and Breakfast gehalten. Man kommt sich also weniger vor wie in einem Hotel, sondern in einer Privatunterkunft, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Das Frühstück ist großzügig und beinhaltet Croissants, Schinken und Käse.

We loved staying in Lido at the Casa delle Rose, we felt very comfortable there and the host , Stafano, was very gracious and hospitable; he even came to meet us when we got off the train. He was very helpful in giving us directions and tips on Venice. We got a 3 day waterbus pass which is a good way to go that way we were able to come and go. It actually is really nice to stay in Lido out of the hustle and bustle of the crowds in Venice. Lido is quieter with a slower pace, a lot of people ride bikes around there are also lots of restaurant choices that are much less costly than Venice. Stafano's family owns a restaurant where we had a really nice dinner.

Location was perfect, allowing us to visit Venice with a 25 minute journey by waterbus and then come back to the peaceful island of lido. Stefano is a great host and will do anything to make the stay as welcoming as possible. He sorted out scooters for us so we could explore the island which I would highly recommend doing!

Comfortable and homey B&B
My girlfriend and I were on holiday in Italy and we decided to stay an Lido to save money on a place to stay during the busy start of the tourist season. Casa delle Rose was an excellent choice. We stayed in the room with the attached private lounge, and space was plentiful. Everything was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. The bathroom is shared, but it's very clean and the shower had plenty of hot water. Stefeno is a great host and very friendly. He was there every morning working diligently in the kitchen, and was very helpful. Venice is just a short vaporetto ride away, and there is a great beach just a short walk from the hotel. I would stay here again and would surely recommend it to anyone traveling to Venice.

Wonderful Bed & Breakfast on Lido
Stefano was a wonderful host, attending to whatever needs we had. The rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious each morning including fresh bread picked up from the bakery each morning. The location on Lido is about a 5 minute walk to the vaporetto stop, which is then about a 15 minute ride to St. Mark's square. All in all a very convenient location. The weather was a little cool while we were there, but the proximity to the beach would be an added bonus in the summer months!

Excellent accommodations at a reasonable price. A simple but adequate breakfast was provided, and the owner went beyond the call of duty to provide gluten-free bread upon request in advance. Our accommodation consisted of a bedroom and a large sitting room. Although the bathroom was external and shared, it was available every time it was needed. Only a five minute walk from the vapporetto stop on Lido.

A real home from home Steve was everything a host should be - attentive yet not in your face The advise we got from him was superb and the breakfast table was excellent in quality and variety of food. By all the guests eating in the dining kitchen it gave a great opportunity to meet and chat with other nationalities of guests each with their stories to tell. Will we return ? das einzig negative war, dass das Bad, das zu unserem Zimmer gehörte, im Gang war und von anderen Gästen mitbenutzt wurde. Ansonsten sehr schöne sehr saubere Unterkunft mit sehr nettem Service.

A welcome respite from the wonderful madness of Venice
A little gem of a place just a few minutes away from the vaporetta and only ten minutes away from the heart of Venice. Stefano could not have done more to make us feel welcome and informed. Excellent breakfast; simple but ample.Ticks all the boxes!

Casa delle Roses liegt in ruhiger, erholsamer Lage nach einem Venedig Besuch
Wir haben eine Woche schönen Urlaub auf dem Lido Venedig im „ Casa delle Roses „ verbracht. Der Name ist sehr zutreffend, da der liebevoll eingerichtete Flur, wie auch die Zimmer stets mit frischen Blumen dekoriert waren. Stefano hat uns morgens mit einem reichhaltigen Frühstück versorgt. Zimmer und Toiletten / Bäder waren sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Petra & Uwe
