“A Hidden Gem! Great Customer Service! Close to Train Station and Vaporettos!”

This was an excellent place to stay in Venice. We wanted to stay close to the train station so we didn't need to haul our luggage far. It was about a 7-10 minute walk from the train station. Don't let the outside fool you. My impression completely changed when we went inside. We were greeted by the manager/owner who was super friendly. He took his time giving us a detailed map of Venice and explaining all about it. He also let us by Vaporetto tickets directly from him (no service charge.) I highly recommend getting the multi-hour pass (24 or 36 hour, etc ...you will use the vaporettos and they are really expensive if you buy them for each individual trip.) Our room was GORGEOUS. The most beautiful room we stayed in during our entire 12 nights throughout Italy. (Plus, all of our other hotel rooms were 4*). In addition, they offered to bring us up the included breakfast to our room at no extra charge. It was delicious. We would generally take the Vaporetto through the Grand Canal out to St. Mark's square and then walk back...it was perfect. Once we also took the longer Vaporetto from the stop right outside the hotel to look at the outside of Venice...it was perfect. I can't recommend this place more highly...the staff was so genuinely friendly, the location really close to the train station and vaporettos, and you couldn't beat the value for the money. As an added bonus, his English was perfect.

“Venice Paradise”

This is one of the good hotels in Vencie which suits your budget. Hotel is clean, safe and less noisy. Even thou the hotel is not centrall located, it's easy to get around in the city. Staff are very helpful and breakfast is good.

“Easy to find from train station”

We had heard stories of friends wandering around Venice for hours with their luggage looking for their hotel, so I wanted to find something close to the train station. This was indeed close, about a 10-15 minute walk with our carry-ons in tow and we were able to find it without any problems. Right on a canal and very close to a vaporetto stop. The hotel and room were beautiful and the staff cordial and helpful. Thankfully free wi-fi was available for the teenager with us who surely would have died without it. If I had to find any fault, it would be that while breakfast was adequate, it was nothing special. I also did not like that the bathroom had only a tub with a hand-held shower rather than a full shower. Otherwise, a very nice stay!

“Brilliant hotel”

This was a wonderful hotel that I would stay I again if I ever get back to Venice! The staff were friendly, welcomed us to their hotel with open arms and put a lot of effort into speaking our language! The room was breathtaking, and we had a great view of the canal! As well as the most windows I have ever had In a hotel room inmy life! The location was great for walking to sights and doing some shopping.
