beautiul place at the heart of Venezia
Such an amazing place where a lot of detail has gone into the room we loved it! Another lovely touch is you get breakfast served in your room in the morning which was so so good. Sara was an excellent host and very welcoming and we will definitely be back.if your looking for the perfect romantic place right in the heart of venice this is it! What a lovely little B&B
It was truly amazing visit! Ladies who run the B&B couldn’t do anything more to make our stay so pleasant. It’s definitely 5 star service and we are already planning to return!

Very nice and beautiful room right in the heart of Venice, just a few minutes walk from St. Marks. It was extremely comfortable, and the hosts were absolutely wonderful to us. Didn't have any trouble finding the B&B, and they were kind enough to let us keep a few of our heavy bags there before our check in so we could explore the area with less burden. The bed was soooo comfortable and it was so nice to have both windows to view the city life going on below, as well as AC to cool us down from the humidity. Absolutely recommend. Very wonderful!

We got bed bugs on our 2nd night here. Overall location was great & everyone was really nice but that doesnt change the fact that both me & my younger daughter got eaten alive by bed bugs. I went to the doctor when I came home to the US & they confirmed it.

The staff didnt speak any english and had to keep phoning the owners everytime we asked a question. Very annoying. Also very noisy from the street. The shower was rusty and the door fell off.

Soon after we reserved our stayed in Ca’ della Loggia, I was advised for my sister that had been in Italy many times, not to stay in a hotel with less than four stars in Venecia. Well, my husband and I decided to stayed there anyway and we do not regret it at all. My sister’s well intentioned advice was because she didn’t knew this B&B. Location was great and my first impression was that room was clean and beautifully filled with many details. Every day of our stay, when we got back from enjoying the streets, museums and Venice’s islands, we found it bright clean and organized. Sara, who welcomed us to this place, was nice and very helpful. Breakfast was really good and included some crispy and fresh croissants I still remember. = )

This hotel is difficult to find, as it is tucked away in a small alley. However, once you do find it, it is in a fabulous location. 2 mins walk to St Marks Square and 5 mins from the Realto Bridge. The hotel is very small and there is no dining room so a big breakfast is delivered to your room every morning which feels like a luxury.

Friendly, family-run, countryside inn.
Lumi and her husband went above and beyond to make the stay wonderful. The area is set amongst beautiful farmland of Italy and Google maps led us there fine. It seemed we had caught them off-guard, but they were enthusiastic and happy to greet us. Upon arrival, we were not shown directly to our room, but asked to leave bags on floor of lobby and then ordered a drink at the small 2-person bar. Alot of personal and charming, small-town decor around. Lovely, tall-ceiling dining room and bedroom. Windows looked out onto dining room, but thick roman shades provided silence, privacy and darkness. Lumi and her husband, dog and cat, made it a charming, countryside stay. Romantic for couples, possibly not ideal for children. Dinner was expensive, but convivial. Much labor was put into the meal, albeit provincial. The family sat down with us and offered us complimentary liqueur at the end.

I was welcomed by a Sara who showed us to a cleanly decorated room. It is quite central to various shops and restaurants and a short walk from the ferry port. Would highly recommend.

Nice and small b&b 1 minute walking to San Mark Square. Small room with comfy bed, perfect for couple and short stays. Good breakfast served in the morning from 8.30 until 10.30 with variety of items.

The property is directly where you want to be when visiting Venice. It’s about a 2 minute walk from San Marco, the Rialto bridge also isn’t far. The property itself is amazing and had the old look we wanted, Sara and Elisa are amazing and will make sure you’re well looked after the entire time you’re there

This Bed and Breakfast is in the PERFECT location. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room is cute and cozy. The staff went above and beyond when we left several very important documents in our safe. They made sure to get them to us as quickly as possible. Would definitely recommend this B&B.

A very welcoming small B&B
A small friendly family-run B&B right in the centre of Venice Positives: - the proprietor Sara was very friendly and welcoming - fantastic location mid-way between the Rialto bridge and St.Marks Square - very clean - tasty in-room breakfast provided Negatives - the aircon broke down on the first night of our 3-night stay, Sara did provide a fan to help but was still too warm to get a good sleep for the remainder of the stay. Leaving the windows open wasn't really an option as they open over a very busy side-street - on the last day, breakfast was about an hour later than stated so prevented us from making the most of our last few hours in Venice. - the room decor was quite old-fashioned (not necessarily a negative if that appeals but not really our cup of tea)

Cute affordable in San Marco
Very cute, very small, but comfortable room. Only real complaint is the street noise and the bells of St. Mark's both start pretty early (about 730am), but that's the charm of Venice right?

Convenient location
Location is very good. 2mins walk to St. Mark. However, had some difficulty finding the main entrance due to some ongoing construction works. Staff is very friendly but only 1 is fluent in English. Room is clean but just quite small, other than that nothing to complain. Breakfast will be served in your room as well.

Close to St Marks Square - that's it!
Not a happy stay in Venice. It took a while to find as it is down a side street and the only sign is the size of your index finger. When we eventually found it, we found keys in the lock; immediately feeling unsafe. We rang the doorbell, Eliza (staff) answered and made a joke saying “we are a hotel, there is always someone here anyway”. She showed us to our room (1 of 4). She apologised to us as we had no window due to renovation works. We had not been warned and there was no offer of a reduced price despite our complaints. We asked if there was a safe. There was, but Eliza didn't know where the key was and, as described in another review I notice, it looked easy to take from the room. We therefore had to carry all of our valuables around with us. Also, having said that someone was always around, that was absolutely not the case. Eliza introduced us to the room but we never saw her again. The only time staff were in the 'hotel' was over breakfast. Breakfast is described as a ‘buffet served between 8.30 - 10.30am’. It is not. You get what you are given and it is eaten in your room at a time that suits the staff. How lovely; breakfast in Venice, forced upon you when you are still half asleep, in a small stuffy room with zero natural light and building works. The bathroom was tiny and left no sound to the imagination through a thin sliding door. The experience was horrible and we feel was massively over priced.

Super cute!
The place is somewhat hard to find because there is some construction going on in that area and its dark on that street. After we did find it though we rang the doorbell twice and no one answered, we then decided to call and again no one answered. We wandered for a couple of minutes not knowing what to do. After 15 minutes or so we came back to ring the doorbell again and thankfully this time they answered. The 2 girls were super duper nice though. The place is small, only 4 bedrooms, but super adorable and clean. The location is fantastic! Its like 1 street down from Saint Marcos Plaza. Loved that breakfast was included. The breakfast is very basic, it included yogurt, croissants, toast, jelly, butter, espresso and juice but it was lovely!

I never stayed at the ca della logia because my room was already given. The owner arranged for another room but it is very inconvenient and we lost 2 hours in the process and a lot of nerves. This is the thirs such occurence in a month through your site in Italy. 2 times in venice and once in rome....

No breakfast/no Wi-Fi, no A/C...scam!!
We arrived to a nice clean room. The location was excellent...a five minute walk to St Mark's. However, the owner advertises A/C, Wi-Fi and a free breakfast and didn't deliver. When we checked into the room we could not connect to Wi-Fi...her address did not even show on the list of available networks in the area. When we asked her about it, she said it had just gave out and that she would call the company. I checked with her three hours later and she said she hadn't had time to call because she had to ´go to the bank and do other things'. Excuse me but you should be tsking care of your customers first. Second, we asked her about the A/C. She said that in Italy they aren't allowed to turn them on before the end of May. We stayed in four other Italian hotels in tbe last 10 days and they all had A/C!! Also there was no fan for the A/C in the room...only a hole stuffed with a rag where there may have been one before. And lastly, she advertises a free breakfast which she said she would deliver to our room in the morning. Morning comes and she doesn't even show up at the hotel (I'm sure she'll make up an excuse for that too). We had to leave at 9:00 am to catch a train and ended up picking up breakfast and paying out of pocket. So if you are only looking for a place to stay and don't care about the Wi-Fi, A/C or breakfast here is good. Otherwise, book elsewhere. Also it is on a noisy street and the hotel sign on the outside is only about 3x5 inches. ..easy to miss

I was in Venice for the Biennale 57. The 1st time I was able to locate my hotel day and night very easy from st. Mario's famous Quadrillion, not to mention the famous Vinci ice cream around the corner

Read the fine print. If you are arriving past 0830 pm you need to let them know as they don't have staff that manned their front desk. We missed the reading the fine print and arrived at 0945 pm. Venezia is tricky to navigate at night with so many streets and little bridges. It took us over an hour to find this small bed and breakfast. No easy identification like you find in hotels. Called the number listed no answer. It was 1145 and so we end up booking to the nearby hotel. I called hotel.com but system was down and asked us to call in 3hrs (that means at 3am). I went to the B&B next day and the owner was very nice and explained she tried calling us but we never got any call. She said she made arrangements for us to a nearby B&B so we have a place to stay and paid for it but how will we know when hotel.com didn't notify us. We could not be reached by phone since we have local prepaid number but hotel.com has our email address. Friendly and accommodating owner but not easy to locate. Make sure you arrive early if you want to stay in this place.
