“My review”

The B&B is very close to the square and Rialto Bridge, which was the reason we booked it. The island is pretty small and it is easy enough to walk around though. Getting something this close is not as much of a necessity as we expected, though we were pleased. The rooms looked as advertised. They are small, but we were there to visit the city and I imagine most rooms in Venice are small. We were given the larger room with small terrace and it was very nice and clean. The owners don't really speak English, but, we were in Italy after all so no complaints about that. This was our first stop and we had trouble getting up early and going; FYI they want to clean at 11 so plan on not being there. The breakfast was mostly bread, which tasted pretty good and the cappacino was awesome. They bring it to your room, which was nice since we were up so late every day. My boyfriend needed to finish some work while we were there and internet access was a bit of an issue. They only allow a couple of hours at a time, and if no one is at reception and you run out, you are out. This was the biggest con in my book, but in the grand scheme of things not too much trouble. We were worried they were charging for it, but they weren't, it's free. Also, the bed and pillows were a bit hard, just like everywhere else in Italy. Overall, the owners were nice and friendly, the location was fantastic, and the room was pretty. I liked it, would recommend it, and would stay there again.
