“Fantastic!”

This hotel is in a great location - right in the heart of St Mark's Square. We found it very convenient as it's close to all water busses, shops and main sights. The room was always very clean and the breakfast was lovely. The staff were always happy to help. Nice air conditioning in the room as well. Venice is a magic place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

“Awesome hotel in a GREAT location.”

My wife and our several friends stayed in the hotel just a couple of days before Christmas 2007. It was beautifully decorated and our room was gigantic by European standards. The bathroom fixtures, toilet and bidet were new, and the decoration and furniture in the room were beautiful, gold gilded Venetian style. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was good too and we had a great time overall. This should be at least a 4-star hotel.

Très satisfaits de l'hôtel, décoration adorable, personnel aimable, souriant et prêt à nous aider dans nos doutes, accueil vraiment italien. Petit déjeuner à la hauteur avec serveuses aussi formidables. Venise sans cet hôtel ne serait pas ce que l'on aurait attendu de notre visite. BRAVO A TOUT LE PERSONNEL DE L'HOTEL!Si j'y dois retourner, c'est le BEST WESTERN MONTECARLO, mon hôtel.

Super hotel.Le personnel est très acceuillant,les chambres sont propres et agréables et la situation de cet hotel est apprécié du fait de sa proximité de la place Saint-Marc.Un seul point si l'on peut dire négatif et la petitesse de la salla du petit déjeuner car suivant l'heure d'arrivée ,elle est vite pleine et il y a un petit moment d'attente avant de pouvoir s'installer.Mais à par ça, tout est de qualité et je recommande cet hotel qui est central,sympa...

“Excellent location”

I chose this hotel after reading the reviews and can fully support what other guests have reported. The room was small but adequate and good value for the price we paid. Everything else was excellent with a very good breakfast buffet, clean room, modern bathroom, friendly staff and excellent location. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Once you have found the Hotel it is in a great location for all the main attractions. The Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was small but very clean and was all we required. Breakfast was good. A lovely Hotel. If I am lucky enough to visit Venice again I would definitely used this Hotel again.

Very nice hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and cordial. The breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel is great just behind the Piazza Sam Marco. I walked everywhere did not need vaporetto.

“Pleasantly surprised!”

We were very happy with the quality of this hotel. It is in an ideal location, just 100 meters from St. Mark's Square and a short 10 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. The room was very clean and the double pane windows blocked out all the street noise. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

“Would certainly use again - excellent hotel”

We stayed at the Best Western Montecarlo last week for 3 nights. Location of the hotel is excellent being only a couple of minutes stroll from St. Marks Square and very easy to find. Directions on the Best Western web site are so easy to follow - you can't go wrong. We had 2 double rooms, 1 at front of hotel and 1 at back and both were excellent, very clean and well presented. We had a bit of trouble with the water draining away in the shower the first night but that was very promptly remedied after speaking to Reception. Breakfast was excellent with a selection of hot and cold food to choose from - plenty to get you started for a long day walking round Venice! Overall excellent place to stay - couldn't have been more convenient or the staff more helpful. Have recommened to friends already, 1 of whom is staying there this weekend ! How's that for service!
