Pros: shuttle service, staff, location
Cons: remodel some

Very nice staff, very convenient from cruise terminal and airport; surprisingly close to Venice. Very nice staff and ok breakfast. Slightly tired interior, but very clean.

Venice does not like Americans.Posted 25-Sep-2014
Hotel staff were rude and snobby to us. They were not helpful with directions and we had some issues getting on the bus. They also sold us overpriced and unnecessary bus tickets. Venice, itself, was beautiful but overall the people were rude and it's all way overpriced for everything. People at this hotel were unwelcoming. If you are okay with that, the shower was at least very nice.

Venice tripPosted 21-Sep-2014
Pros: Hotel was a nice size , not too big, rooms were good and staff very accommodating - parking on site (free) and close by the #5 bus stop to Venice
Cons: Really was a pleasant stay and no negative comments
Location: Great location if you have a car - #5 bus to Venice a few minutes walk from the hotel
Firstly we rented a car for 10 days so parking was a priority when looking for hotels. We decided to stay here as they offered free parking and the #5 bus to downtown was minutes walk from the hotel. Busto Venice was 15 minutes or so and gave a great experience to walk around Venice without the issue of parking a car Hotel staff were great in explaining different options to us and even selling bus tickets which were incredibly in-expensive all in all a great place to stay when in Venice - car or no car a great location

Good value HotelPosted 12-Sep-2014
Pros: Clean and comfortable, spacious bedrooms, nice breakfast included.
Cons: Tea tray should be checked for stock.
Location: About 10 minutes by taxi to the cruise port. Looked like a nice area, didn't explore, simply went from the Marco Polo Airport to Hotel (10 Minutes)
The hotel was clean and comfortable, we stayed there for one night before embarking a cruise. The only negative comment would be the tea tray was not sufficiently stocked ie. 4 persons - 1 teabag and only two cups and saucers. Everything else was positive.

Location: 10 minutes drive to airport.
Nice hotel near Venice ( about 15 minutes drive by bus ). We had family size room which can accommodate 4 people.

Nice hotel, close to Venice and airport.Posted 4-Sep-2014
Pros: The hotel was clean, comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast buffet was quite nice and had a good variety of foods.
Cons: This hotel turns off the air conditioning at night and the rooms get quite hot I woke up one night in a full sweat.
Location: The restaurant does not serve dinner until 7. If you are hungry before then there is a small bar/cafeteria about 2 blocks away that has decent food.
We picked this hotel over one actually in Venice because we had a very early morning flight. That worked out well as the airport is no more than 10 minutes away. We used the local bus system to get to and from Venice (you can buy tickets from the hotel) and that works well also. The bus is always crowded as it goes from Venice to the airport but you get to Venice in less than 30 minutes and can walk directly to the vapporato stand.
