Great place in Lido di Jesolo
The hotel is very well maintained. It is on a quiet area in Lido di Jesolo Pros: Breakfast has plenty of choice and it was tasty. Room was clean Staff is friendly. The beach and pool are basically next to each other and perfect to relax. There are bicycles available to the guests To improve: Would be good to have a late checkout option. (it seems the policy is not even to take a look into it and just say that checkout is at 10:00 regardless of whether the hotel is fully booked or empty) It was not possible to get an iron.

Lovely welcoming friendly staff. Perfect location and the breakfast had a great variety of continental,& cooked along with vast amounts of bread, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals , mueslis and the list goes on. Excellent hotel.

Lovely hotel on the beach.
On arrival we were greeted by the owner, Fabio, who was delightful. Knew who we were immediately and checked us in with no wait. The room, although small, was lovely and clean and the maid kept them so all during the holiday. The shower room was clean. We were on bed and breakfast basis and the breakfast was very good. If there was something missing the staff would get it for you. The grounds of the hotel were lovely. The pool area fantastic and the spa type pool amazing. Eros and Katie at reception were excellent as was the bar man with the curly hair, advising us what to try. Sara in the restaurant was efficient and kept it all together. We had paid the extra for a sea view and so glad we did as we had a nice big balcony. If you do go to a room on the side the balconies look really small. We can’t complain as ours was great. The only down side about the holiday was the time of year we went everything around was closing and shops, restaurants were closed or closing.

Jewel of a hotel.Exceptional food, staff and pool
This is probably the best hotel on the beach. The outdoor area and pool would not look out of place on Ibiza. White, stylish, pristine pool area and stunning grounds leading directly on the beach. The staff are perfectly helpful and friendly. All of them, even the cleaning staff. The rooms are fairly basic but spotlessly clean. Reception is typically Italian. Low level white leather series and swish. I booked dinner with my room and I have to say that having stayed at some 7 star hotels around the world, the food was outstanding. Beautifully presented and a menu fitting of a starred restaurant. Silver service and also a buffet option with plenty of variety. Breakfasts are just as good. Fresh juices, pastries, cooked options and a superfoods bar etc etc. All this whilst sat under white parasols lookingbover the sea. The private beach is kept very clean. Warm clean sea perfect for children and miles of sand to walk on. Nightlife is quiet, but very family friendly. Jesolo di Lido has a chilled, quaint vibe. This hotel is one I will return to in a blink of an eye Well done to Fabio, the manager, Eros the reception manager and the bar staff. The pool staff are witty and accomating. Very very happy customer

2nd Visit
This is our 2nd visit to the Orient and Pacific and it is still fantastic. The pool area has had an update since we visited last which gives it a more adult feel. Although this is still a very family friendly hotel. Nothing is to much trouble for the staff and we felt very much at home. We are already looking forward to returning.

GREAT LOCATION, NEED AN UPGRADE!
The hotel is in an amazing location, front of the ocean, nice pool... but the rooms are very uncomfortable: the mattresses are old and hard and the pillows are more like a brick. We asked for other pillows and they did not have any available. The rooms also have a very strong humidity smell. Not worth paying more than 50 euros a night for the room.

Close to beach
Good hotel, ideal for beach-lovers but just a bit too far from centre of Lido de Jesilo. Food was good but a buffet would be better for the evening meal. It had to be ordered on the morning, which we are not keen on. We prefer to have the food laid out so that we can see what we fancy. That apart,we enjoyed our stay there.

A family hotel
All in all, a nice family hotel - plenty of facilities to have a holiday with children. Pushbikes available at the lobby provide a nice way to move around in Jesolo. However, staff does understand English very badly, the room was cleaned very badly and it appears that the maid didn't really grasp the idea of knocking at the door before barging in. Apart from that and frailness of our room's air conditioning, this hotel seems like a nice place, especially if you travel with kids.

ottima struttura, nuova, curata nei dettagli. camere molto pulite, ben arredate, letti confortevoli. pulitissimo ovunque: camera, bagno, ristorante, hall, bar, zona piscina, spiaggia. eccellente la cucina: colazione con buffet incredibilmente vario all'insegna della freschezza e della qualitá (in particolare le deliziose torte e cornetti di pasticceria, centrifughe fresche a scelta, vari tipi di pane appena sfornato), volendo anche sulla terrazza con vista mare. cena a buffet, assolutamente da non perdere! ristorante elegante ma informale. ottimo il servizio bici a noleggio, con splendide ciclabili nei dintorni. é stata una piacevole sorpresa. il personale molto professionale e disponibile. tanto confortevole che ho prolungato il soggiorno... : )

Schönes Hotel direkt am Strand
Waren zum ersten Mal in dem Hotel. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück war sehr gut und das Abendessen auch. Das Hotel liegt ein wenig Abseits aber mit den Fahrrädern die man ausleihen kann ist das alles kein Problem.

Einer der besten Hotels, wo ich in Jesolo war. Von Check-In (bei Eros) bis hin zu Service war alles bestens. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr aufmerksam und bestens eingeschult. Ich bin beruflich und privat oft am Reisen und habe schon sehr viele Hotels gesehen. Kann dieses hier nur empfehlen und werde es definitiv in der nächsten Saison wieder buchen.

Etwas abseits, aber trotzdem sehr schön
Das wohl etwas ältere Hotel (am Ende des Lido Richtung Ericrea) wurde in Teilen renoviert. Speisesaal, Lobby sowie Außenanlagen sind modern und wie neu. Am hoteleigenen Lido hat man genug Abstand. Ich hatte ein kleineres Zimmer im 2. OG mit seitlichem Meerblick (nicht renoviert, aber trotzdem o.k.), was für eine Person von der Größe her ausreicht. Die Flure und das Treppenhaus sind noch nicht renoviert, aber sauber. Die Küche ist hervorragend, es gab morgens ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbüffet, pandemiebedingt jedoch nur mit Bedienung. Abends gab es zwei Menüs zur Auswahl und ebenfalls ein Vor- und Nachspeisenbüffet (hatte Halbpension gebucht). Ich denke man isst in diesem Hotel besser als in den umliegenden Restaurantes. Das Personal war freundlich geschult und sprach teilweise deutsch und englisch. Auch an der Lobby konnten spezielle Wünsche erfüllt werden (Transferbuchung z.B.). Positiv fand ich auch, dass man die hoteleigenen Fahrräder kostenlos nutzen durfte. Der Pool mißt 19 m, so dass er auch zum Bahnenschwimmen (morgens oder abends) gut geeignet ist. Hauptzielgruppe sind Familien sowie Paare, aber auch als Single kann man sich wohlfühlen.

Sehr gutes Hotel aber kleine Zimmer
Durchaus ein schönes Hotel am Rande des Trubels. Wir haben uns mit 2 Erwachsenen und einer 9 jährigen sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Lage zum Strand mit schönem neuen Pool und sehr, sehr gutem Frühstück und Abendessen. Getränkepreise absolut in Ordnung. Das 3 Bettzimmer ist klein und der Balkon zwar mit seitlichem Meerblick aber sehr klein. Also nur zum Wäsche trocknen nutzbar.

Albergo sulla spiaggia con accesso diretto alla stessa ed area riservata all'hotel; personale estremamante discponibile e gentile. Albergo tenuto in ottime condizioni di manutenzione sia dentro che fuori, zone comuni e camere; una nota sulla camera, la nostra era molto piccola, con un balconcino praticamente inesistente e stendino per i panni scomdo da usare; anche il bagno era dotato di un box doccia piccolo e fatto di plastica stile anni 70, non in tono con un 4*. Altra nota, i lettini e i gazebo a bordo piscina sono a pagamento, la prima volta che mi capita. Tutto sommato, un fine settimana gradevole

Gentile Silvano, grazie per aver valutato positivamente il suo soggiorno presso il nostro Hotel. Ci dispiace non abbia trovato la camera di suo gradimento, i balconi laterali sono si piccoli, ma sono ben visibili nelle foto dell'hotel. Stiamo proseguendo con un programma di ristrutturazione delle camere, ma le possiamo assicurare che nessuna camera e nessun bagno è degli anni 70, la sua definizione ci sembra eccessiva... I lettini ed i gazebo in piscina, come descritto nei vari siti, è su prenotazione e a pagamento, perchè riteniamo che avere il posto riservato (€5 per lettino al giorno), evitando la rincorsa all'alba dei pochi posti disponibili, sia un servizio di valore e apprezzato. Con l'augurio rivederla in futuro, le inviamo i nostri migliori saluti.
