Hotel has an excellent location, just by the beach and close to the authentic restaurants. The best feature is the staff and level of service. It is also very kid friendly.

This is the best property to stay in Jesolo. It is family owned and has utmost care and service towards its customers (especially in comparison to some chains in this area that are very standard). Rooms are renovated with exceptionally comfortable bedding, breakfast is delicious, staff is incredibly friendly and location is superb.

Good location Good public transport
A very nice well located hotel. The Restauraunt is just ok for dinner but the buffet breakfast is good The staff are really nice and efficient Free bikes are an excellent way to see the locality. The pool is clean and well maintained. The pool staff take great care in allocating your parasol on the beach

Not a 4 Star Hotel
The hotel is not what we would expect of a 4 star in England it would be 2 maybe 3 star.It is full of German guests we were the only English so conversation was nil. The sun only shines on the sea view rooms. The position of the hotel in the resort is good and directly on the beach. . The room was very clean.There is no English TV channels only German and Italian.The food is said to be al carte, NO. you have to help yourself to a salad which is always the same and never replenished. The desert table is lots of pasties and gateaus that look nice but beware they don't have cream.and again never replenished The staff are all pleasant but not to helpful as they cater for Germans.The man on reception is quite rude so always head for the female receptionists . This hotel over charges and the food is not worth the money (not nice ). September 2014.I would never return here.

Nice hotel close to the beach
I loved Hotel Aurora. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but nonetheless a close location to the waterfront. There are bikes you can rent for FREE from the hotel to stroll around the city, which I recommend renting (the main road where the hotel is, is quite lengthy). The breakfast selection may seem small, but its a normal Italian breakfast, they also make fresh omelets on the spot for you! Overall, great staff and great location in Jesolo.

Great location and good staff
Good standard hotel in a convenient location on the beach and near main high street in lido. Hotel staff were very friendly and efficient, even surprising my wife with a free bottle of wine when it was her birthday! The only negative for couples would be the small pool being dominated by children and therefore not being practical for a relaxing swim at certain times. You can always swim in the sea instead though!

Wir finden es aber seltsam, dass Sie die Bar und den Balkon in Ihrem Zimmer nicht gesehen haben, da unsere Bar den ganzen Tag bis spät abends geöffnet ist und alle Zimmer, auch die der Standardkategorie, einen Balkon haben. Das Hotel liegt nicht an der Hauptstraße, sondern in einer Seitenstraße und auf der anderen Seite direkt am Meer. Außerdem gibt es in Lido di Jesolo keine Altstadt. Der Lido erstreckt sich über viele Plätze. Es tut uns Leid, dass Sie keinen positive Eindruck gehabt haben. Wir hoffen, Sie ein anderes Mal als Gast begrüßen zu dürfen. The staff at the hotel is not service oriented. The single rooms are not renovated, and badly in need of an update. The food is low quality and very overpriced. Drinks are over priced as well. There is an extra charge per day to sit on a chair by the pool. Disappointed

Dear Guest, We are very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at our hotel. If you had informed us upon arrival that the room was not to your liking, we could have assigned you a room of a different category. As far as food is concerned, we can assure you that we use only first quality ingredients and that the cuisine, as well as the attention to the customer, are two of the strong points of our hotel. The prices are absolutely in line with a 4 Star Superior Hotel. As for the sunbeds by the pool, they are not free of charge because we do not have them available for everyone, as it happens for the sunbeds on the beach that are free. We hope to be able to welcome you back on another occasion and to be able to change your mind.

schoenes, gepflegtes Haus im typischen Adriastil. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemueht den Gaesten und deren wuenschen gerecht zu werden. Das Umfeld ist natuerlich sehr touristisch und nicht jedermanns Sache. Fuer einen Kurzurlaub ist dieses Hotel aber sehr zu empfehlen.

Mysigt och fint hotell med mycket bra service. Säsongen var nästan slut för i år vilket gjorde att vi gäster som var där blev bra uppassade. Blev uppgraderade till ett nyrenoverat rum mot havet utan att vi behövde göra något. Receptionisten var trevlig och väldigt serviceminded. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Schöne Lage mit direktem Zugang zum Meer, reservierte Liegen mit Sonnenschirm, lästig sind die sich ständig aufdrängenden asiatischen Masseusen, die auch noch von vielen gebucht werden, man wundert sich über das Hygieneverständnis der Leute...Poolliegen für € 8.-/ Tag mietbar. Zimmer hellhörig, aber zweckmässig und die Aufräumefrauen sehr auf Sauberkeit bedacht. Frühstücksbuffet oK

Wunderschönes neu renoviertes Zimmer (La Perla) - ideal für Familie mit zwei Kleinkindern. Hotel ist sehr gut auf Kinder eingestellt Sämtliches Personal sehr freundlich und immer zuvorkommend. Bestes Hotel in Lido di Jesolo! Tolles Service, wunderschöne Zimmer, freundlich! Wlan,Strandtücher, Seife, Shampoo, Hauspatschen etc. gratis..jeden Tag geputztes Zimmer und frische Handtücher! Sauna sehr schön! Dusche Föhn etc alles verfügbar! Liegen und Sonnenschirm inkl da Privatstrand! :)

Aurora on miellyttävä rantahotelli, missä kaikki tuntuu toimivan. Aamiainen on runsas, rantatuoleja riittää ja respan henkilökunta on palvelualtista. Respasta saa myös pääsylipun läheiselle kuntosalille, jossa treenaa paikallisten seassa. Baarin hanassa on ehkä maailman parasta lager-olutta Augustineria.

Baza wypadowa do Wenecji-idealne miejsce.
Pobyt nasz był krótki, ale myślimy już, żeby kiedyś tu jeszcze wrócić.Hotel z "duszą" obchodzi w tym roku 90 lecie istnienia. Nasze pokoje były po remoncie więc wszystko pachniało nowością.Szczególnie dobre wrażenie zrobiła na nas łazienka z dużym prysznicem i dobrymi kosmetykami.Hotel kameralny, w pierwszej linii od morza z własnymi bezpłatnymi leżakami.Bardzo miła i życzliwa obsługa.Smaczne śniadania.Czystość wszędzie idealna łącznie z basenem i otoczeniem.Bezpłatny parking przy hotelu oraz rowery.Ciekawe otoczenie ze sklepami ,restauracjami i barami.Ogólnie hotel znajduje się w bardzo atrakcyjnej miejscowości niedaleko Wenecji więc można to wykorzystać i zrobić sobie krótką wycieczkę na dowolną wyspę w pobliżu Lido Di Jesolo.Polecam ten hotel z pełnym przekonaniem, że warty jest odwiedzenia !

Gut gelegenes Hotel! Sehr schön und up-to-date. Wir hatten, wahrscheinlich aufgrund der sehr kurzfristigen Buchung, eines der alten Zimmer, welches sehr sauber und nett war. In Punkto Komfort gibt es hier noch Potential nach oben.

Hübsches Hotel am Strand
Strandhotel mit zentraler Lage zum Ort, jedoch ruhig (wir waren im September dort). Zahlreiche Gaststätten, Cafes und Bars befinden sich unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten hier eine sehr entspannte und erholsame Woche und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder hier her.
