Hotel was fine for the price staff were lovely etc. so no complaints there it was just so difficult to find because of the location off street and no signs. I had to ask a restaurant staff member where it was after going round in circles for 20 minutes with sat nav sally telling me we’d arrived and he very kindly actually walked me to the hotel and as he did someone else came over and asked the same question. He said they get tasked every day so that’s the only complaint to be fair

The area of the property is very good. The manager of the hotel, in my opinion was not very helpful and was quite rude

Cold showers, beige food.
Good local area, a few decent places to eat near by however my stay was uncomfortable. The hotel was very very warm in all communal areas and I couldn’t get the room AC to work. I slept with the windows open and subsequently got eaten. My head only had the mattress for a pillow as all four were like rocks. Also after an early alarm for a meeting, I could not get the shower hot. Who wants a freezing cold shower at 6am! I called down and was asked to ensure if I had managed to operate the thermostat. I am 35. I’ll leave you to decide my capabilities there. A member of the team arrived at my door, my in a towel too small. He too, couldn’t get it to work. I’m getting late now. He ended up finding me a room in a floor above, I put on my pjs and follows up up with my bag to the room. The shower worked. He left. I realised my washbag was still downstairs. He hasn’t left me a room key. I had to wedge the door open, run back downstairs, get my wash bag and bag up. It was pretty terrible experience. I won’t even get into the breakfast. If you like bread and eggs and all things beige, book up. No explanation or apology I’m check out.
