“Would stay again.”
The owner was most helpful and friendly. The pool was very pleasant to sit beside and the outdoor seating area a perfect place to have dinner. The dinner was very tasty and the server charming and attentive. Breakfast was also a treat, when I stayed it was 13 euros and there was a lot of choice. The room was big, by European standards and very clean and quiet. They could use some updating, but I understand that will happen next year. I would definitely stay here again. It's a short bus ride into the city, but service is frequent and the price is right. Buses do not run after 7:00 p.m. but there is a very reasonable taxi service - it just needs to be ordered ahead of time. A very happy stay.
“Très bien”
Très agréable terrasse extérieure pour petits déjeuners entre autres, agréable piscine, calme
“Very friendly relexing”
The management were helpful and friendly with good english, the food was very good, although we did not have the expensive breakfast. It was a good half hour walk into Avignon, but there was a bus if you needed it. The garden and the pool were very clean with comfy sun loungers and shade. We would recommend this hotel, for car users and walkers. We used this hotel enroute to the TGV station, with good taxi service.
“Lovely garden”
Excellent stopover hotel near to TGV station. Bus into town was handy. Lovely garden and pool and good buffet breakfast.
“Hotel agreable, esthetique soignée, un peu loin du centre-ville”
Hotel moderne aux amenagements modernes, fonctionnels et esthetiques. Facile d'accès mais un peu loin du centre (si on veut y aller à pîed)
“Comfortable, welcoming and surprisingly well located for Avignon”
This hotel was quite modern, nicely laid out, with free WiFi and internet access in the lobby. The rooms are quite small, but were clean and everything worked, which was a nice surprise. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful, the hotel is very quiet, yet only 1/2-mile from the ring-road and the drive to Avignon took only 10-15 mins. Really good value and would definitely stay there again if visiting Avignon.
“adresse à connaître”
Hôtel agréable, avec un beau jardin/piscine. Situé dans une banlieu calme bien que très laide d'Avignon. Séjour propice à la quiétude sauf quand un car de touristes étrangers débarque. Adieu votre tranquilité, même la nuit !!!
“Beware of distance from Avignon center”
The hotel and staff were very nice. The location was about 2+ miles further from Avignon center than what we had read on Expedia. We had expected it to be walking distance....not a marathon hike. It screwed up our visit because it took us 45 minutes to walk to the town and we had a short visit planned. We had looked specifically for something close to Avignon and near Le Pont D'Avignon and Palais du Papes....this was NOT close for walking. Fortunately we were good walkers and did what was needed in order to see Avignon. Regards, K
“An expensive and disappointing experience”
