The Wedgewood is our favourite hotel now in Vancouver! Absolutely outstanding! Everything from checkin to checkout to Kirby the valet / concierge on our checkout was fabulous. Our room was upgraded when we arrived without asking. It’s the perfect downtown location. Everything is nearby. Definitely coming back.

The Hotel was absolutely fabulous. From the valet greeting to registration to the Spa and then dinner. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The Valet parking staff were absolutely great. Cant wait till the next time.

The hotel was lovely. The staff made the stay great, particularly Kirby and Ryan. We really enjoyed our stay and it was super close to everything which was great. The only downside for us was the property had no laundry facilities which come in really handy when travelling with a large family.

Basic room amenities (TV, radio, iron) not working. Tried to rectify with management and got not answer. This is not 5 star, luxury hotel service and was really inconvenient for our one night stay. We’ve stayed several times here over the years and this was really disappointing. Lots of other options in Vancouver to choose from next time.

The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I found also that the room was very private and there was very little ambient noise from staff or other visitors. There were occasional ambulance sirens during the day. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful and I would choose to stay there again.

The service is first rate. The rooms are large but it is old and relatively noisy from alley traffic early in the AM. Spa and restaurant are inline with a 5 star hotel but no hottub or pool.

The room was large and the bar in room was a nice touch The staff were very friendly as well Bed was very comfortable as were towels Only issue was I asked that the bed and towels not be changed - made during my 4 nights.. they were anyways

We had an excellent stay at the Wedgewood All of the staff are excellent and well trained in customer service and experience. We had a suite with a city view and balcony as well as a deep soak bathtub. The food was excellent here as well. Easy walking to many stores and restaurants and very easy to get an Uber to any part of the city with quick response. Valet parking as well. Such a good time.

The Wedgewood Hotel's lounge exudes warmth and a traditional charm, setting a high expectation for the rest of the amenities. However, I encountered a surprise with valet parking; it was presented with an unforeseen fee, contrary to my understanding that it was included in the booking. Moreover, despite an early check-in and anticipating a room upgrade as featured on Expedia, I was disappointed to find that this perk was not extended to me.
