“Wonderful experience”

Polite and very helpful staff. Lovely room, quiet and clean.I would certainly go there again, I took my two grand children.

“Hotel Experience”

Enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. Everyone was helpful and courteous to my needs and treated me equally to others. The restaurant was exceptional the layout was excellent to the qualities and designs of the hotel and I really enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

“A weekend to remember”

I was looking for a nice, inexpensive place to stay at with my boyfriend. I had stayed at this location before for business reasons. I figured the hotel would not be a bad place for a leisurely stay. My boyfriend and I had a great time and felt like at home. Not expensive, close to everything, and friendly service. I would definitely return again.

“Great value”

The Sandman is not a 5 star hotel, but it provided me with everything i needed. It was clean, the TV was big, and there was a full bath and shower. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint would be the massive hard pillows that gave me a neck ache!

“Nicely redone!”

Grabbed this room after being there two weeks prior for a game. The hotel is nicely renovated and the south tower is quite. Never heard any noise in the halls. Pretty good considering it was a Canucks game night. The staff were friendly and immediately upgraded and changed our room to the south tower upon request. Check in was quick and easy. Will definatley stay there again.

Sandman keeps improving its overall image, with upgrades to their rooms and more sophisticated finishes, ideal for business travelers right at the downtown core. Their staff is great to deal with!

“Nice Hotel and great location”

This hotel was clean and quiet. We were there on a playoff hockey game night and the hotel was filled with rowdy fans. You wouldn't have known that from our room, we didn't hear a thing. They have 30" LCD TV's with a good cable package. The bathroom was quite small, but I have seen smaller. Parking is around $20 a night including taxes. If the price is right at this hotel, Iwould definatley stay here again.

The location, service and dining was excellent. The room was very comfortable and we appreciated the free internet access.

“Good value for money”

The hotel was clean, had good amenities and the location was great - walking distance to Skytrain and everything downtown Vancouver. Will stay there again for sure!
