The River Rock Casino Resort, with its 144-berth marina, sits on the Fraser River, 13 km (8 mi) from downtown Vancouver and 42 km (26 mi) from the US border. It is the third stop on Canada Line transit after leaving Vancouver International Airport.
The resort's 70,000-square-foot, 24-hour casino includes more than 900 gaming machines and a 25-table poker room with games such as blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and craps. There are also on-site dining and bar options.

The heated indoor pool includes a waterslide. The Absolute Spa offers beauty services, manicure and pedicure, massage, and hydro treatments such as balneotherapy and thalassotherapy.
This pet-friendly property is entirely smoke-free. Violation of the no smoking policy will result in a $250 penalty charge.

Suites provide views of either the city, marina, or nearby mountains. Sitting and sleeping areas are separate.
The 525-square-foot suites afford superior amenities. Each features a Eurotop cashmere king-size bed (designed exclusively for River Rock), spacious bathroom, two TVs, elegant decor, and a queen sofa bed in the living room.
Some suites have balconies (additional charge).

Tramanto Fine Dining Restaurant - Southern Italian cuisine made with fresh local ingredients. Wine list with more than 500 varieties of reds and whites. Views of the Fraser River. Private dining room seats 16. Reservations recommended.
Buffet - Buffet includes salads, a variety of entrees, and rich desserts. Domestic and international dishes, including a carving station and Asian-inspired offerings. Located on the third floor. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch. Wraparound heated deck with Fraser River views.
International Food Court - Located in the main casino. Open 24 hours a day. Includes Asian, Italian, and West Coast-inspired options.
Entertainment

Beyond the casino, Lulu's Lounge, an intimate, 125-seat show lounge, features live, round-the-clock entertainment. Bar service is available 11 AM-2 AM.

Recreation
Guests can swim in the heated indoor pool, complete with a waterslide. An on-site exercise facility features cardio- and strength-training machines.
Vancouver's 1,000-acre Stanley Park is a popular destination for hikers, bikers, and in-line skaters. A number of bicycle and skate rental shops line the entrance to the park. Once inside the park grounds, visitors can take the complimentary Stanley Park Shuttle to access the park's gardens, four on-site restaurants, the Vancouver Aquarium, and other attractions.

“Best guest rooms”
I travel all the time for work and this is the best room that I have stayed in.

The River Rock is a great place to stay as they really try to pamper you. Everything we asked for, we received promptly.
“Great Hotel”
Great Hotel. Great pool with slide for the kids. They were in the pool for hours. Only drawback- Places to eat - kids couldn't walk thru casino to foodcourt and selection not the greatest.
“I will definately come back!”
This is a fantastic hotel! It's located in Richmond with access to the new Canada Line at the hotels doorstep. This is a great feature as the Canada Line can bring you from YVR Vancouver Airport to your hotel in a matter of a few minutes, for only a couple of dollars. The rooms are great with beautiful views. The pool area is a MUST see, such a peaceful area to relax while on business or vacation. I can't wait to stay there again!
“Great Overnight Stay”
Even though the hotel is undergoing some extensive construction, it did not affect our Sunday night stay. The fridge in the room didn't work and the vending machine had outdated stock, however, both problems were dealt with promptly and courteously. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again as the room rate for our lovely corner suite was comparable to a regular no-frills room elsewhere.
“Great hotel with the kids!”
We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with our 3 kids and it worked out great! The beds (in the separate bedroom and pull out) were very comfortable. There was a bright light outside our room, but the block out shades worked so well my husband (a light sleeper) actually slept in. The pool is great and we enjoyed it for hours. The exercise room is definitely better than other hotels we have stayed at. The concierge was very helpful in finding us restaurants, stores and directions. It was also located very close the to tram which was fun to take through the city. We never actually went in to the casino, so I can't comment on that. The hotel restaurants seemed a bit expensive for our budget, so we ate elsewhere. But, we loved it and will go back!
“Will stay again next time.”
Nice hotel, close to Vancouver airport and very convience no matter you take a taxi or take the skytrain. They provide superb guest service such as printing a very important e-mail confirmation for my Shuttle bus from Seattle to Vancouver without hesitation and charges.

THe Hotel was very clean, we had a super nice room. Everyone was extra nice! By far the best hotel we have stayed in.
“Had a wonderful time..Need to try this ONE”
We enjoyed ourselves, we come as often as we can to the River Rock for a little getaway. They just keep getting better in everything they do, even while they are remodelling.
“Fabulous Experience”
We only stayed at this hotel on the last night of the trip because we wanted to be close to the airport. I must say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was very large and foie gras at Tramanto Restaurant was to die for! The check-in clerk was very courteous and friendly.
