“Nice value for the price.”

Recognizing that this hotel is deep in the heart of Richmond, so a little bit away from downtown Vancouver (20 minutes by public transportation), it offers value and a nice location. The park behind the hotel is nice for a morning walk, shopping is a five minute walk away and the airport is close by. A nice location if you are overnighting between flights.

“I will go back and stay again”

the hotel is quiet and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is a little old but overall in good condition. The breakfast is very good and has a huge variety which changes daily. Clean towels every day and great service. I had trouble connecting to the internet at first but after speaking to the computer company, which they arranged, it turned out it was my computer and they fixed the problem for me. The hotel is in a good safe location and close to the sky train, there is also a bus stop right out the front. It is about 45 minutes from downtown via the sky train but the journey goes fast. The bus shuttle to the airport is good and was easy to find. I will go back and stay there but if you are wanting to be closer to downtown so as not to take the train everywhere, then maybe think about another hotel. The only negative was that the shower was a little mouldy, but only on a few tiles.

“NOISE, NOISE, NOISE, NOISE”

MUCH NOISE. The hotel is on a main street. We could not sleep, and they were charging us to change the room!! No laundry facilities. The breakfast was good.

Had a great stay at the hotel. Front desk was extremely helpful and considerate: the person in charge of the breakfast area with exceedingly helpful and informative. The location - looking out on the park was nice for going for walks. The walk and sky train trip to downtown Vancouver took about 30 minutes. An out of the way location, a nice hotel with friendly helpful staff and close to the airport - most of all, the price was very good for the value.

I like it, and I stay here every time I come to Vancouver. However, I think the owner should make thing easy for repeat customer.

“Nice Location”

We have stayed at this hotel several times and will definitely return. The location is great of you love Asian food like we do. Short walk to many restaurants, the Skytrain Canada Line, and Richmond Centre. Rooms are on the small side. One negative, our shower had a bit of black mold in the tile grout but the room was clean otherwise . The staff was friendly and was very open to answering questions about the local area. If you stay on the street side beware that the pub across the street gets a bit noisy on a Saturday night.

“Great staff and location”

We were pleasantly surprised to find a great small personal hotel at such a reasonable price. Good room with king bed and balcony. Warm and caring staff who took care of our needs over the 4 nights we stayed there. Good location with a pretty park behind, great shopping, and very good restaurants nearbly. Had an awesome meal at the Mad Greek restaurant. We were there to be nearby the hospital, but would not hesitate to stay at this location anytime if we were visiting just for fun.
