“The Low Cost Hotel That Seems Like an Expensive Hotel”
This great hotel was clean and tidy. It is near many shopping malls and beautiful Minoru Park. The breakfast had some HOT food, sometimes scrambled eggs. The of the some hotel rooms were small. Rooms may not have an microwave.
“Nice overall stay”
Great hotel, easy to find. Free Breakfast is satisfactory and the staff is nice. My only complaint is having to wait until 3:00 to get into the room when I arrived at 10...

Superb service and very quick shuttle service when we called from the airport.

“Convenient and comfortable stay close to airport”
This is an older hotel but it was very well-maintained. Service was prompt and friendly, and the free secured underground parking and free airport shuttle service were very convenient. Richmond is the home to some of the best Chinese food in the world, so be sure to go the extra few blocks to find some authentic dim sum and banquet-style dining.
“A Great Deal”
A very good deal as the most reasonable price included all taxes, a shuttle from and to the airport, a clean and quiet room and a good continental breakfast. An added bonus is the pub "Foggy Dew" across the street which serves specialty beer on tap, a super hamburger - all served late at night by a friendly and cheery waitress! All could not be better.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The location felt very safe. The best part was the lovely park and gardens behind the hotel--it was fantastic.

It was kind of new, clean and confortable. There are a lot of chinese restarurant near around it.
“Great location near airport with good breakfast”
we were very pleased with the Ramada. It was very near the airport so very convenient. It's been remodeled and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful, with a staff person there to help. She was wonderful, helping with everything and also serving the coffee. Fun (but noisy)local Irish pub across the street with good food.
