“excellent experience”
Hotel was excellent and the staff was polite and really helpful. Gym needs to be updated
“Very nice, no complaints”
Good location near Fraser Downs, nice hotel, walk across parking lot to family restaurant. No complaints.
“Ideal for holiday with children.”
We were travelling with 3 young children and we were extremely impressed with the courtesy and helpfulness of all the staff. The swimming pool was a bit hit and the breakfast included healthy choices. It was a little off the beaten track but we drove to the Surrey Skytrain and were able to take in all the tourist attractions the children wanted to see. Great holiday!
“PERFECTLY fINE HOTEL”
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast included-basic but adequate. The area is not particularly inviting as it is situated on a commercial strip with Car dealerships etc. so you can't really walk anywhere, but for a place to sleep when you have to be in that area it is perfectrly OK and it was the cheapest around.

Given the various options and costs to stay in and around Vancouver, this was an excellent and feasible choice. The hotel was very clean, service was great and cost was affordable. Thanks

We enjoyed our stay at Ramada Surrey. The service staff were extremely helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good, better than some we have had on our trip. The use of the washers and dryer in the laundry were quite expensive compared to others. The hotel is NOT close to Vancouver and whilst that suited us it may not suit others. The restaurant on site (ABC country) was great. Nice home cooked style food. I would recommend this hotel.
“Comfortable and quiet”
We enjoyed 4 nights at this hotel. Everything was fine...room clean and cozy, front desk staff helpful, newspapers at the door, breakfast ok though bland. A reasonable price for our 4 day stay and close to major roads in the area.
“Mostly good”
Hotel was very nice and clean. Where they could improve is with their continental breakfast. A few more choices could be offered, but more importantly they need to be able to keep up with the guests. Very small area gets congested and does not flow well. When many people come thru at the same time they run out of everything and don't restock quickly enough. Other than that it was a nice place to stay and I would return.
“Good Value”
Overall experience at this Ramada, I would rank as very good. Pool, jacuzzi and exercise room were quiet and clean. Rooms, tip you may have to keep the air conditioner on low while out of the room as it did tend to get stuff and hot even though the weather was at 20 to 22C while we were visiting. Rooms, spacious and clean. First time seeing a sink with vanity in the front hall and not in the bathroom. Other guests were quiet and curtious however if next door guest is an early riser, you may hear their tv clear as a bell. The only problems we had was at check in and at breakfast. At breakfast, small eating area with 6 individualized tables. 2 of our 4 days, we had a standing room only for eating, during an off peak time for breakfast. Selection of food was average, with nothing home to write about. Checking in, we booked our rooms via expedia.com. We had 2 rooms booked and came with itineries printed off, just in case. We were told we had 3 rooms not 2 booked for our stay. Had to call expedia over the confusion which ended up being the hotels mistake. 1 room with 2 queen beds and 1 other room with 1 queen. The single queen room, we ended up in the disabled room due to the mix up. Despite these 2 hiccups....it was an enjoyable stay with alot of amenities around.

Very pleased with the clean, well furnished, attractive room Best thing this hotel has to offer is their staff, always smiling and helpful. Only complaint the beds were a little too hard.
