No tv first night - plumbing- moved- No amenities. Commercial grade lasts longer even towels were subgrade - Toilet subgrade not commercial- sketchy neighbourhood. Never stay again - my so said positive was location to Major toute

Location was away from all things to do in Vancouver and in a small heavily Asian neighborhood. Hotel was fairly clean and room was spacious with a refrigerator. Good value overall.

Good hotel
Hotel rooms are very nice and spacious and clean. Location of hotel is nice but you will find homeless people doing drugs in parking lot. Hotel has no lift service.

It was an ok hotel but I guess it was just as I had anticipated given the price. The room was a bit dark and dingy and the washroom a bit small but other than that, everything was ok. The staff were nice and courteous.

Terrible cleaning
The cleaning in this hotel is terrible. More than 200$ per night deserve a decent cleaning. A lot of hair on the bathtub, on the sheets and on the pillowcases. The room was full of dust.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. We asked for a quiet room and were given a room away from the street. The room was large and clean. There was plenty of parking available. We had good internet access. The property is dated and a bit worn but it was clean and comfortable. It was a good value.

Our stay was ok. Room was clean except when one looked behind bedside table. Lots of dust, a needle cover and scrap paper. Bed very clean and comfortable. Bathroom very clean. No microwave in room. Good coffee pot and fridge. No ice machine in hotel. Nights were quiet. Staff friendly and helpful.

The staff was helpful. The hotel is too old and the floor carpet popped up that nearly made my footing lost. The below garage is too small that car owners must be very careful when parking their cars.

You get what you pay for. Meaning The hotel was clean and comfortable. There was a coffee pot, a small fridge and a small liquor store next door and on the bus line. It is far from downtown but if you need a place to rest before going on to your vacation it works. There was an older gentleman from India who was very knowledge of the area and wish he had been there to advise us what we could do for the couple of days we stayed.

Nice rooms, clean, friendly staff
Just a quick sleep to catch another flight in the morning. Was out of the way but good rates. Rooms are very clean and much nicer than the outside of the hotel. I don't think there's an elevator.

The property was close to shops and a 10 minute walk from the metro. You could catch a bus out front of the property to get to downtown or you could walk to the metro. The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size. Door lock is loose and doesn't feel safe. The room wasn't always made up even when we asked for it to be done and were gone 4 hours once when we returned the room still hadn't been done.

Outsides a bit dated looking but once I got inside it was amazing! Beautiful room that was very large. Just over $150/ night (a great price in Vancouver). The room and value were great. Friendly staff to boot. Only complaint was the location. It's not on the SkyTrain line that runs directly to the airport. Had to take expo line to waterfront and then Canada line to YVR. Also because it was out of the way I had to spend the day puttering around with all my travel bags.

Very old and not well maintained. Carpet must have been 20-30 yrs old and wasn't fully tacked down. Had to call 3 times after the stay to correct double charge.

Good at affordable price in expensive town
The hotel was The Deluxe when we stayed. The neighborhood was filled with a wide variety of restaurants from Standard American to all kinds of Asian flavors and delicious pastry and coffee shops. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly.
