“Cold,rude and no service”

The hotel was cold and in general mediocre repair, Though adequate for the purpose of napping prior to early morning flights. However, the service was atrocious. When my teenage niece followed the following mourning, they categorically refused to call a taxi insisting she wait for the shuttle; even though the shuttle was 45 minutes late and still had 3 other hotels to go to. As a result she almost missed her flight.

“The traveler”

This place is a total dump. Our room was so hot we had to run the airconditioner all night and when we complained they told us "sorry", pop machine was broken, playpen was dirty, the bed leans the right and its terribly uncomfortable. You'd be better off sleeping on the street and save the money cause when you tell someone how unhappy you are, they dont really care. Terrible place, never ever ever again.

“Richmond Hotel”

Room was very big. Was pleasantly surprised at the price and location. Elavator was deadly slow. But it was an inexpensive place to stay.

“Not impressed.”

Have stayed here a few times in the past but found hotel has not been upgraded since then-certainly not our room. Staff was very friendly; however, there was a power outage and we had absolutely no auxilllary/emergency lights. Had to turn on my laptop to see anything. Very dangerous situation.

“GOOD FOR WHAT YOU PAY”

it booked this place for the price. it is not bad for what i paid. location is good but access is tricky. breakfast is in the restaurant by serving, not enough for a hungry man a little noisy due to the highway and airplane the hall way is paved with tiles so you can hear someone go by with the sound of the wheels of the luggage dolly. but overall, it is worth what i paid for the special unpublished rate.

“Good service, good location, good price”

Customer service during check in and check out was very friendly and prompt. The hotel more than met my expectations. Less than 10 minutes from the airport, clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is quite basic and a bit dated but, not worn out or dirty. Nothing of note to see in the area but very good if you just need a room for the night. The airport shuttle was also very prompt and provided service until 12:30 am. Great for late arrivals at the airport.
