“very satisfied”
stayed one week at the executive in burnaby, bc and was very impressed with the room we received and the service we were given. the employees were very kind and made our stay very pleasant. will plan to stay here again on our next visit back.
“Convenient location”
Convenient location, affordable and stress-free parking, could see my vehicle right outside of my window, close vicinity to brentwood mall, lougheed centre, located directly next to cactus club, save on foods, winners and mall. Suites have everything provided including dishes, towels, cutlery. Nice organic amenities.
“Would go back”
It was a nice hotel and it was close to shopping and downtown. The room was clean and comfortable bed. We would go back!
“Wonderful Experience”
While this hotel is a little hard to find, tucked in behind the cactus Club, once we arrived we were amzed at the quality of the hotel considering the price we paid. The CSR at the front desk scared us silly when he said he no longer had our romm available, until he said that he could upgrade us to a suite with a jaccuzzi tub. Little did he know this was our second wedding anniversary, what a nice surprise. The room was fantastic, the bed was the most comfortable we'd ever slept in and the jaccuzzi was all we could have hoped for. The pool and hot tub were open strange hours (10am to 10pm) and we had to be let in at 9:45am. The hot tub was definately not as clean as it should have been but the pool was crystal clear. The staff were very courteous and enjoyed our stay immensly. We would highly reccomend anyone stay in this hotel, it's only about 15 minutes out of downtwon Vancouver and well worth the drive.
“Exceeded my expectations.”
The rates at this hotel are great. I stayed 3 nights for business and it was quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The rooms have a nice well equipped mini kitchen.Parking is easy, right outside the main door. The staff are very helpful and the rooms are very clean.
“Great Hotel”
This hotel is rated at 3.5 stars and is worth every star. The room was perfect in every way.
“A good Hotel with flexible accomodation”
We spent 12 days in this Hotel and we liked the location near the Sky train with easy access to Vancouver and two local shopping centres, one within walking distance, the other accessible on the free hotel bus - no need to hire a car! The hotel staff were efficient and helpful, our family room was very quiet, clean and had plenty of room for four. As an alternative to the hotel restaurant, there were several family diners within easy walking distance. The only draw back for us was the late opening time of the swimming pool, which was 10.00 a.m.
“Luxury at half the price.”
For the price of a 3-star, I felt like I was in a 5-star. The queen suite features a bedroom separate from the living room/kitchenette. The decor detail is beautiful and the furniture is comfortable. The rooms are quiet and feature an impressive view. The hotel is central to Greater Vancouver (15 mins to downtown) and is 2 steps from a skytrain station, hip restaurants, coffee shops, office supply stores, grocery stores and more. I'm impressed!

Don't be fooled by outside appearance and lane driving up to hotel.. The inside of hotel was more than adequate and the staff was first rate. great rooms clean comfortable. Will definitely be on our list of places to stay on our next trip in and around Vancouver.
“Great City, Great Hotel”
I am glad that I chose this hotel as my place to stay in Vancouver. This was my first time to Vancouver, BC and the service was top notch. Everyone was professional, courteous and outgoing which I found to be comforting. All of my questions were answered that I had for them. The room was fantastic !!! I will definitly stay there again
