“Fabulous Hotel in Burnaby, We Will Stay Again!”

Hotel is in a good location. Service was very friendly all of the hotel staff were helpful. The decor is very tasteful and hotel itself was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay but did not have time to take advantage of the casino entertainment. Offered free parking in addition to valet parking, price is excellent. We will return for another stay.

“The best customer service experience”

This hotel has fantastic staff and for me it's the 1st time I have stayed in a Delta Hotel. Given the choice I would only like to patronize them over any other chains I have stayed in.

“Great Value”

Check in was quick and staff were pleasant. Room was modern, clean, the view was really nice, and all amenities of room were functional. The Casino was energised. The food at Scala Lounge was good value and the entertainment was excellant. Housekeeping staff were cheerful. The only averse thing to note was the front desk staff's tone and decidedly lack of customer-focused concern when I requested a 1200 checkout. After some noisy and awkward deliberation, she determined that because the hotel was booked for the next night, I would not be able to have the courtesy of an extra hour. This is poor I think. I would suggest future guests asking for a late checkout at check-in when staff are very friendly and accomodating.

“Great Hotel right next to Vancouver without the Vancouver Prices!”

Bed - Super Comfy Complimentary stay and play package Free Breakfast - Really yummy, got to order anything on the menu pretty much Casino - Fun, lots of free entertainment Parking - Underground and included with our room Our stay here was great as we got a great deal that included breakfast, parking and a casino credit. That made it worth it. If you have a car the location is great. Location is probably not good if you don't have a vehicle and want to see Vancouver. Room said that a fridge and robe would be provided, these were not. The rooms were very comfortable though, beds were great and room was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the sauna and outdoor hottub after a day of hiking. Breakfast was speedy and really good. Starbucks in the lobby. Watched the UFC fight for free in the casino lounger. Great experience overall.
