“Extremely Friendly & Helpful Staff! Overall AWESOME”

We got to the hotel late and were hungry, but the hotel restaurants were both closed. The Courtesy Shuttle driver went over and above his job and offered to give us a ride to a nearby 24hour restaurant AND pick us up when we were done- Such a great help!! The beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows were perfect - not hard and neck-kinking like other hotels. Also it was convenient to walk out the hotel doors and be at a bus stop that took us directly to town! We will definitely stay here again!

“been there twice”

Good airport hotel -- simple. Friendly service. Phone from the airport hotel phone at the shuttle area to get picked up. Try the restaurant "Cravings" around the block for a better meal than the Whitespot located in the hotel. A short walk to Granville to catch a bus downtown.

“Need renovation”

The hotel room is old, small and need to upgrade. It locates just outside airport,but hard to find entrance. Staff members were very friendly. I would consider this hotel 2.5 star level, not 3 star level as I expected.

“Very disappointing”

I went on a vacation to Vancouver on the 21st of September 2011. I brought my brand new computer to the hotel. I was staying in the forth floor and the WiFi coonnection did not work. The bar for the signal stated it was poor (with only one bar or sometimes none at all). It was very frustrating because I needed to contact my students back in Montreal. I called the front desk to report about the WIFI. I was told to call a 1-866 number. Can you believe it? I was told to fix "the hotel's wireless issues". The computer worked on the lobby but not on the 4th floor. I was also told that "we have not had any complaints from anyone else". How insulting !!!. I would give this hotel a zero if I could for "quality of hotel service".

Area recommendations

Richmond, B.C I would not recommend this hotel because they were not very helpful with my WIFI situation. Also when I first entered the hotel They asked to see my creadit card and ID (which is understandable) however they front desk cleck neglected to tell me that the put a $600.00 hold on my credit card incase of any damages that might occur during our stay at the hotel. I understand that this is the policy but I was never told by the front desk cleck. I only realized when I called my bank (who explained the policy).

“Just the right place to stay for our Vancouver weekend!”

My husband and I very muched enjoyed our stay at the Coast Airport Vancouver. It was in walking distance of the wedding we were attending. The hotel had a great restaurant for breakfast in the morning, and the attached Pub was the perfect meeting place for all the other guests that had came to Vancouver for the wedding. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. We liked the fact that the hotel was pretty much only 20 minutes from any tourist spot we went to. The hotel is only an 10 minute drive to the airport which was nice also. If we ever go back to Vancouver, we would definately stay there again.

“Great Stay (If on sale!)”

My husband and I stayed at the Coast for 5 nights. We didn't spend much time in our room, we were busy travelling around Vancouver. The room and hotel were very clean, the hotel and the staff was great. The only thing was that the hotel was a bit old but other than that we have no complaints.
