Pleasant atmosphere. Friendly staff. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was a close taxi ride from the airport, and easy to access Children's Hospital, which was our destination. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

“Very Close to Vancouver Airport”

This hotel is very convenient for catching an early morning flight out of Vancouver. The 24 hour shuttle service is a bonus. I used the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and after calling to let them know I was there they arrived very promptly. I then used the shuttle in the morning (6:00 am) and it was on time, the driver was polite. The Whitespot restaurant located in the hotel was another story and would suggest eating elsewhere. I would look for something else in the area on my next stay. The Pub has a very cozy atmosphere with great service and the nachos were excellent.

The room was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. However, the room needed more outlets as all were in use and there wasn't a place to plug in a laptop without unplugging something else. I would stay here again.

“Excellent quality for the price paid”

I am quite satisfied with this hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable, overall environment is quiet and peaceful. It is close to the airport, so you won't be late for your flight. The only problem I noticed was with the A/C: I could not make it produce cool air. However, it did supply plenty of air heated up to normal room temperature, so it was not that bad (I just like it a little colder). I was on a tight schedule, otherwise I could ask someone to help me with the A/C.

What a delight to find real glasses, even wine glasses available in the room. It was very comfortable. There is no view or neighbourhood ambience as it is conveniently located near freeways and access routes yet was very quiet. Perfect for a pre or post trip hotel near the airport with excellent 24 hour shuttle service. I was delighted.

Hotel rates were quite economical. And everything in the hotel was excellent from the room to the service. It was a little bit tricky to get to via car the first time, but no problem after that. And having a car is pretty much necessary.
