The in room tub was awesome, and the shower with two opposite sprayers was also great. Didn't get a chance to use the indoor pool, hot tub, or steam room but they were being used by others and it looked great. Ordered room service and enjoyed a burger for dinner and an egg/bacon breakfast. The bed was super comfortable and enjoyed a restful night.

Peaceful and safe place to stay ...
Nothing special feeling in my mind.. A hotel provides the basic standard services only. We have to greet the staff instead they do so every day .. The staff need to know how to say " thank you " and more to improve in politeness..

This place was great, rooms and hotel were clean. Resteraunt was average, and was pretty dead for a Saturday night. The pool/hot tub area was really neat like an atrium. Staff was friendly.

Why was I charged an extra 100 dollars? Poor
I booked for 3 people and when I arrived I was given double bed, then I got transferred to a 2 room good enough, and I was promised by the staff that there wont be an extra charge but when I checked out they charged me an extra 100 dollars.

The pool area is very nice. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was fine for 5 adults. It had a spacious living area and kitchen which made our stay enjoyable. The staff really goes above and beyond in order to make the stay comfortable. They shipped me a forgotten item the same day that I called them.

Two bedroom suite was spotless and perfect for our needs
We really enjoyed our stay here. We travelled as a family of two parents, with an adult child along, and the two bedrooms gave us a lot of space and privacy. The beds are very comfortable with crisp, white linens. The entire suite is in very good shape and the fully equipped, modern kitchen and dining area is such a nice convenience. We did not use the restaurant at all, but did use the pool and hot tub and quite enjoyed it. I love clean hotel rooms when we travel and was definitely pleased with this hotel.

It doesn’t really matter what I put here because the hotel is closing in September 2018. The first thing that was wrong when we walked in the room was the ac wasn’t working but staff came and fixed it. Then the next morning trying to relax and have a bath at 5am not hot water and no water pressure. The wifi is terrible.

We loved Vancouver
The location was good for access to the motorway. We were given a room overlooking the indoor pool . The pool was great it didn't matter what the weather was doing. The reception and bistro staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was excellent, the property is old and in need of more than just cosmetics. There is no longer a buffet breakfast as there was when we stayed the year before and is now menu service only, not that the buffet was anything to rave aboit but it was a cheap & quick option when you have kids, so I'd recommend breakfast at White Spot 1.5 blocks uo North Road... it will save you money and be FAR better quality. Have stayed here many times over the years, this will be the last time, very disappointing altogether but ultimately it was just a place to sleep and the rest of the trip was great. Recommend spending a bit more money and staying elsewhere.

Excellent, especially for kids
The hotel was lovely. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a wonderful modern kitchen. The heated pool and Jacuzzi were of a good size surrounded by real plants. But the hi-lite was the service. Unbelievable staff who bent over backwards to accommodate us because of our time issues. Especially Jarveen made sure that all our problems got solved immediately. She wouldn't even accept a tip, telling us that she feels it is part of her job to do the best for the Best Western Plus Coquitlam guests. We will be back for sure.

There was a bit of dried blood on our sheets. There were fleas in the bag of complimentary dog cookies and the dish for the dog was quite dirty still. The staff replaced the sheets and I remade the bed.

Great place, comfortable and clean
Great hotel, very clean. Furniture is new and contemporary, but agree with some reviewers that some elements are dated like closet doors, and wall paper. But I have no complaints because unit well stocked with towels for 6 people. Didn't have to ask for anything, as everything needed was in the unit. The only thing I can comment on is that unit was short on silverware, particularly forks. There were only enough for 2, but had a lot more knives and spoons. Hotel us in Korea town

Good size unit - 2 bdrm along with kitchen and sitting area. Service was prompt and friendly. Clean. No separate air con in each bedroom.. there was one in living room area only.. but was ok. Not a five star hotel with fancy finishes, but it is not supposed to be 5 star hotel anyway. Great location if you are fan of Korean food. Korean plaza right behind the hotel. Overall it was a good stay.

The only negative I have to say about this place is they advertise free parking, but be aware, it is not. It’s $7/day which by hotel standards isn’t bad, but, still, if you’re gonna advertise free parking should probably stand by it. That being said, the hotel and stay was excellent.

Very nice room, comfortable bed, clean, attractive building, friendly maids. But why no complimentary breakfast? Does plus mean, "Plus, you have to spend more money on food in exchange for a jacuzzi?" I don't need a jacuzzi or a pool. Your non-"plus" hotels have breakfasts and they also usually have pools. I was told that "plus" means you can ask for a free toothbrush. I'm not complaining, just puzzled.

The doors in the closet did not open easily. One kept going off track. The bathroom needs to be bigger. The sofa bed had a brown stain that could be be dried blood.

Great family suites with everything you could need. We had a bit of an issue with the toilet flushing but not a big deal. Service was excellent and when we asked for something they responded promptly. The kids loved the pool
