Arriving mid morning, desk clerk worked to find us rooms available that early. Desk staff arranged sightseeing tours and recommended good dining spots. Airline ticket machine was broken and they had maintenance there within the hour so we could get boardig passes avoiding airport delays. Great service at an affordable prce!!

“Great place south of the city”

Hotel is located just off of Highway 99 in Richmond. If you want to take the Sky Train into the city, you can park nearby at Lansdowne Centre or at the casino. I had requested a king size bed when I booked the hotel. When I arrived, I was informed that I had received the free upgrade to a king size bed. Staff was exceedingly friendly. Room was clean. Brand new flat-screen TV with 50+ channels. Free bar fridge (with no food or beverages in it, so I could actually put my own stuff in there). The hotel doesn't have a whole lot of extras outside of the bedrooms, but that's fine since I was there to see the city, not the hotel. The only downside of the place is that there are no interior hallways - all of the doors are adjacent next to the parking lot, which means that you can hear some noise when people are pulling in or out of the lot. I'd definitely stay here again.

“Close To Everywhere”

My co-worker recommends me to stay at this hotel. This is the first time that I tried it with my family. The hotel has reasonable price and it's very close to Aberdeen Mall, Richmond Center and Hwy 99. Also this hotel has an internet access in the room but you have to request to put you in the room that has an internet access. I brought my laptop and I could surf the internet as well finding a map for our sight seeing. The room is very clean and big. The only problem during the fall & winter season where you have to go out from your room, you could feel cold weather blowing at your face :) other than that, there is no complain at all!

“Everything was as I expected”

Clean, friendly, I had a great night here.I got for my money a lovely room, clean and with everything I needed. The staff was friendly and kind.Called in a wake-up call, and on the button, I received it. In the morning I had enough coffee to get me going, in the lobby for 0.50 cents, the coffee was good.The shuttle driver was courteous and friendly, at least he talked to me, and gave me directions once at the airport. A good experience.

“Much More than Expected”

Very comfortable and great location. We spend almost 5 days here on a vacation with my family and it was more than expected. Check in was speedy, the room was very clean, bathroom was also very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We got clean towels when needed and they kept the room tidy at all times. I did not try the breakfast there, but an IHOP and a Dennys are just a walk away. We had a rental car so a quick 5 to 10 min ride to downtown Vancouver was not a problem. Freeway access was also very quick and simple. For the price, Accent Inn was much more than I expected and I would stay there again on my next visit to Vancouver.
