Close to airport

This is a good close to the airport property. Quickest check in I've ever seen, shuttle service on time and easy 24/7. Have stayed here a Couple of times always good.

Get proper signage for the shuttle bus!!

Its been over 2 years that I can account for that they have been using a retired Delta Hotel Shuttle bus for the Richmond Accents Inn (as the lettering is still very visible) and then have cheap looking 8 X 12 piece of paper taped and peeling off to the door that it is the Accent Inn Shuttle. I have waited an hour for the hotel shuttle as I have missed the tiny photocopy on the door and assumed it was a delta shuttle. Its long over due for them to get proper signage which not that costly, on their current bus. It is good advertising and less people will be frustrated after a long travel and just wanting to get to their hotel.

Pros: The silence combined with the comfortable beds allow for an excellent sleep. The hotel staff is professional, and the rooms are very affordable.
Cons: The showers ought to be checked and maintained well.
Location: The location allows for quick transport to downtown Vancouver, Aberdeen center, or Metrotown. Perfect for a short shopping trip from Vancouver Island!
We (3 adults) stayed in one room for one night. Despite requesting a roll-away bed prior to our arrival, there was none when we entered. However, the hotel staff provided one as soon as we asked. The only problem in the room was the shower head; some water leaked upwards, so we had to cover the top with a small towel. Other than that, facilities worked well and the night was quiet, allowing for a good sleep.

Unpleasant staff member

Overall; I have been having a wonderful stay! Its quiet, they have beautiful, large rooms, flexible rates and accommodating staff. However on January 6th in the evening there was a really unpleasant staff member at the front desk. I am very polite mannered and regardless of his demeanour, I was still very polite. Maybe it was because of my age but I felt belittled and under appreciated for my business. He was very cold and made me feel like I was a criminal; questioning and watching every move I made. I'm 25 years old and everyone else treated me with great respect like they would any other traveler. Since I have sent my friend staying with me to the front for any and all our needs.
