“Good Choice.”

Room was very clean. Price was really reasonable. Has a check-in machine in the lobby so we could check in our flights before we got to the airport. Service excellent. Free wifi internet. The password is "Accent888". A few blocks from the Richmond Centre mall which is a delight for my wife. The hotel has regular shuttles to the airport too.

Shuttle service was great. Rooms were clean and quiet. Good value for the price.

“Close to airport”

If you are looking for a good place to stay in Vancouver this is a good choice. Its really close to the airport and they offer free shuttle to and from the airport at all hours of the night and they will also allow you to park you car on their property free of charge while you are on vacation so that will save in the cost of your holiday. The hotel is quite affordable, clean and well maintained and the satff is extremely nice and ready to help. It can be a little noisy as there is a highway close by but if you leave the windows closed its quite quiet inside. An overall good hotel and a good choice.

“Will visit again”

I appreciated this hotel. I found the customer service excellent at the front desk and all the people I was in contact with. I enjoyed the room very much and found it quiet which was very nice for my much needed holiday. I will definitely return to this hotel on future visits.

Very clean, nice rooms, lots of little "extras", only negative was that the hottub wasn't so hot.

“Truly the Best Service”

On catching the Hotel Bus back to the Airport we were told it was delayed. However, they phoned a Taxi and paid for it, so we were not late for our flight back home. It was truly great service. And the room had everything a person could want in comfort and cleanliness. It was a good choice and we would make it again.

Convienient to the airport when leaving on an eary flight. Reasonably quiet. We live in the country so for a motel located by the airport and a major road that's fairly impressive.

the staff were friendly and remembered my face considering I only stayed there twice in 2 weeks. having the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was a real bonus and having internet access was also a bonus. great prices too! I would stay there again.

My wife an I have visited Accent inns Richmond 5 times so far this year. Each stay has always been excellent. Rooms always clean. Check in is fast, Good internet in lobby and the pre-flight check-in a great service. IHOP restaurant a bit pricy for what it is but service is good. Even some pet rooms. Good parking.
