Good value convenient for the airport

Comfortable hotel with 24 hour transport to and from the airport We have used it several times when arriving and departing from Vancouver airport at various times. Rooms to the rear are quieter as residents tend to come and go at all hours. Staff are always helpful and there is a restaurant next door for adequate meals.

Great place to stay

Pros: Close to airport
Cons: room could be larger, but the price was right
Location: don't know about things to do.
Clean room, great beds. There really is nothing more to add

Nice Quiet Room

Pros: Our room was nice and clean, and very quiet at night. A great retreat from the hussle and bussle of Vancouver.
Cons: The bedding was good but the mattress in the room on our second visit was a bit lumpy.
We love the location and are making this our regular stop while visiting Vancouver

Just one night stay to catch next morning flight. Room is big, bed is comfortable... Close to Richmond with vechile, not on foot...

Airport hotel

Cons: Clarify your parking policy with expedia
I had stayed here previously for the convenience of free parking for a week with a nights stay. Booking through expedia the parking is not included. Also the walls at th hotel are paper thin and you can hear everything ftom hair dryers to showers and baths.

Pros: Staff very friendly , and our room was very clean and very comfortable.....

Location: We stayed overnight as your hotel was close to the airport plus you had a shuttle to take us there. Your price was good too........

Near to airport

Pros: Reasonablel price and near to highway.
Cons: The spa has never worked every time of my visit. Not enough choice of food in the nearby restaurant.
Location: Not much. Most places we visited are located in downtown.
Everything is OK except not enough carpark during my stay from late Sep to early Oct. I have to ask one of the staffs to make special arrangement for me to park either in the pencake restaurant or at the "disable" spot when we came back late.

Service Service Service!

Pros: Best service ever!
Cons: Needs updates
Location: Great location close to the airport.
Friendly helpful funny door signs they have free stuff if you forgot it AND they upgraded us for free. Yes the rooms are dated but they are very clean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Inefficient shuttle

The shuttle was so late that the front desk clerk was going to call a cab, caused a huge amount of stress to my very elderly inlaws.

Dear Anonymous Thank you for your review. The hotel does offer a 24 hour shuttle to and from the Vancouver International Airport which runs on half hour intervals. In the very rare situation where a shuttle may be delayed the hotel is able to make alternate arrangements to ensure our valued guests arrive at the hotel in a timely manner.

Pros: My room was big & clean, liked the littel living room with couch & TV
Cons: Pool & working hot tub
Location: Close to Airport
Only booked cause of the hot tub.... got there & was out of service.... Was going to stay 2 nights ... moved to another hotel for the pool & working hot tub!
