“A pleasant surprise”
We stayed for the Saturday before Christmas. Check-in was very pleasant and simple. Our room had a great atmosphere. The restaurant was a very short up the walk-way, and the snapper Veracruz and Shish-ka-bob were simply excellent. The service was great all around. Our wake-up call was on time, and our porter arranged for a cab ride direct to the Cancun airport, Terminal 3 for 800 pesos. Outstanding and a memorable ride along the non-toll road.
“hotel Quinte Regina : idéal pour une halte proche de Chichen Itza”
L'hotel a de belles chambres en particulier les suites. Le cadre est agréable. Le personnel est attentif et est toujours prêt à faire quelque chose pour vous. En particulier au bar. C'est pratique de se faire servir en chambre. Seul bémol : une chambre sans eau chaude.
“Charming hotel in Valladolid”
Charming hotel: several small buildings around courtyards and brick driveways. We initially booked one king and one double room for the four of us, which would have been in two different buildings. The extremely helpful staff upgraded us to a king suite with an adjoining double room at no charge. The rooms are large, very clean, and actually rather glamorous: huge soaking tub, separate and large glass shower. It took quite a while to get hot water in the showers, but once it arrived, it was plentiful. The grounds were beautifully landscaped, and in the morning a small procession of horse riders passed our hotel. Cannot recommend the hotel's restaurant: the menu is extensive, but at least one meal arrived still mostly frozen in the center, and the others were bland at best. There were some other small inconveniences--the wall mounted shampoo/soap dispenser in the shower was empty, but the hotel did supply the usual small soaps, etc. at the sink. There was a small refrigerator in our sitting room, but it was locked. I am certain that the hotel would have been helpful, but we weren't there long enough for these to be issues. A better than expected experience for a phenomenally reasonable price. I would stay there again.
“Great Regia”
The hotel is amazing. Looking out into the fountain, sleeping with the sound of running water, I was really glad to have picked this hotel.
“Very Mexicana!!”
Considering the town we were in the hotel was an oasis. The restaurant at the hotel was a different story. It was WAY overpriced and the food was bad. The room was very clean and there was some beautful artwork. The decor inside and out reflected the mexican culture and was very tastefully done. The front desk was helpful and there was a room for internet.
“Très beau cadre”
Très bel hôtel, avec beaucoup de verdure joliment aménagée. Seul bémol : le restaurant de l'hôtel : sombre et bruyant. Si vous voulez manger à l'hôtel, demandez plutôt à aller au bord de la piscine (très joli, clair et non bruyant).

“Lovely hotel in a lovely town”
Nice big and well furnished room. Immaculately cleaned and a pleasant small private balcony. A bit far form the town centre but still easily walkable.
“Nice hotel, not far from the main plaza”
The hotel is a lot better than what it looks like from the street. It has nice courtyards and well-maintained grounds. The rooms are great - very clean and everything was in working order except our room safe. The AC in our room was super powerful, which we appreciated in the July heat. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. One staff member told me that they fumigate for mosquitoes regularly in the courtyards around the hotel, but we still had quite a few mosquitoes in our room. The "king sized" bed was two twin beds set next to each other on a single frame, and the pillows are huge and ridiculously overstuffed to the point of being uncomfortable (and I tend to like larger pillows). Overall it was a good choice for the area and totally worth the price we paid.
“Was good compared to others but not the best”
Good welcoming, nice pool, big and comfortable bedroom. Bathroom was old and not to the standard, it needed refurbishment. Slept well and loved the surrounding of the hotel, very nice park inside the hotel with tons of plants, flowers, etc.
