“Quiet, Friendly, and inexpensive”

This is an older unit located close to the major hwy. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to all shopping, restaurants, etc. The staff are very friendly, and we would definately stay here again, when traveling, given the reasonable rates..

no coffee in rooms, none of the snack or soda machines worked, the two towels they provide were just big enough to wrap my baby in, only one wash clothe per room, could be a nice hotel if they weren't so greedy , i will never stay there again and if this is typical of the hotels expedia offers i wont use them again either

This is a very dirty and unclean hotel I will never stay at this hotel again and the customer service was aweful!

“Just plain gross”

Booked this room and paid in full using unpublished rates. Upon arriving we thought we had the wrong place, it was next to a gentleman's club & looked abandoned upon approach. Left my husband & children (ages 7&4) in the car as I checked out the first floor room. There were dark splatters around the room, that looked like blood or fecal matter. There was also squished bug parts on the walls as well. I noticed that the weather stripping was not adequate, which would explain the bug issue. When I pulled back the comforter I found pubic hairs between the sheet & the matress pad. The handle on the night stand between the two beds was only attached on one side. The other side was hanging down. I immediatly went back to my car & informed my husband of what I found. While I had been in the room, he had seen that the room next to us had a large pitbull peaking out the window. The two young men with the dog did not inspire a lot of faith on about the demanor of this animal. When I re-entered the office and informed the man what I found he first addressed my concern about the pitbull next store by saying "it's in the room". Well unless it's defecating in that room it has to come out sometime. To address the cleanliness of the room he replied quite curtly "so it's just not up to your standards". If by "my standards" he meant clean, hygenic & safe, then yep he was right.

“Gross”

There was toothpaste from a previous guest in our sink area. The ceiling is crumbling in, the walls are gross and the carpet has never been really cleaned.
