“One of the best places I stayed in Avon.”
The hotel room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable.The hotel staff was always there to help if you need anything,they were not pushy or bothersome. I felt very comfortable staying here.
“Westin Riverfront Avon”
The Westin Riverfront was awesome, loved the saltwater pool, and the restaurant Avondale was amazing. The service was great, but the hotel was still working bugs out of the security system in the villas. I would stay again!
“Avon's best hotel and a great resort for Beaver Creek skiers”
The hotel is very clean and due to a recent construction date all of the facilities are modern and well maintained. The staff is courteous and happy to help at all times. The hotel is linked directly to the Beaver Creek skiing resort, which is very convenient for skiing. The additional service of ski valet is well organised and very useful if you are skiing in the region.
“Great value a gondola ride away...”
We had a very good experience at a place that offers comfort and a certain degree of luxury (not over the top) and a convenient gondola link to the ski slopes (Bachelor's Gulch part of B. Creek) We were in a studio "villa" (someone should tell them what a villa really is) which was very comfortable, with a full kitchen, washer/dryer and terrace; the 1 bedroom "villas" which we saw are really very nice. At the "Villas" you're a bit off to the side of the main hotel where the heated outdoor pool and oversized hot tubs are, but it's not a problem. The lobby bar is pleasant, and the main restaurant, Avondale is quite nice and has the main bar, with fire pits inside and outside on the terrace. Especially booking in advance (at least on Expedia) it's a very good value for Beaver Creek.
“Beautiful hotel and setting”
We recently stayed at the Westin Riverfront Mountain Villas. Everything is top notch. We brought our young son who walked around the villa saying, Wow! The setting is on the Eagle River adjacent to Beaver Creek. There is a walking/bike path along the river which is ever so peaceful. We would return again in a heartbeat.
“Amazing New Mountain Resort”
My wife and I visited the new Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa for our anniversary in mid-June. The hotel and grounds are spectacular. We stayed in a Villa and it was beautiful. To our delight the room offered a fully equipped kitchen. Our room was on the fifth floor with a lovely mountain view looking straight up a lush valley toward the Beaver Creek ski area. We used the pool and spa and had the most relaxing time. The pool and hot tubs are wonderful because they are situated close to the Eagle River so you hear the rushing water. The Avondale restaurant in the hotel is also very good. We enjoyed appetizers one evening and they had a bountiful breakfast buffet each morning. The staff was very friendly and were committed to taking care of the guests.
“Ski Trip”
Good Time - No service in the lobby bar was irritating. No hot chocolate for the kids after ski - didn't make sense.
“Frustrated”
We were the first people to stay in our room however we were extremelly dissapointed about the lack of information given both prior and during our trip. We were in the "Villas" and we were not informed that they are not connected to the hotel. We traveled with 2 small children and did not have use of the bell men for loading and unloading. We also had to commute between the villas and the hotel to access the pool, gym, etc. We wish we had known this as our stay was not cheep. What was supposed to be a family get away turned into an extremelly frustrating trip. There were several other features advertised that once we arrived were very misleading.
