This property was impressive. Our room was amazing, size and layout made it enjoyable. They provided a free bottle of wine- although we didn’t get the opportunity to drink it, it was a really decent bottle. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The best part of the property was the staff. They were warm, friendly and extremely helpful. We let them know we’ll be back next year.

Staff were great, place was clean and nice, cookies at check-in, coffee in AM, nice big hot tub right outside the lobby, Peleton and nice fitness faculty on first floor. Tesla charging complimentary with parking. They had bikes too but I didn’t use them because it was still chilly out.

They sell rooms without AC and thermostat inside! And the manager Oscar makes it really hard to move to a normal room with a thermostat!!!

As close to ski in/out as you get. Ski valet takes your skis and boots at the beginning/end of the day. Hearty breakfast to start the day (extra), and cider with a cookie at the end of the day (gratis). Good little exercise room with treadmilll and Peloton bike as well as free weights and machines, not that working out after skiing is likely! Good quality towels and bathrobes. They have a discount with a nearby ski rental business (Troy’s), but funny they didn’t mention when I checked in…Troy’s people offered the discount gratis. I wonder what else I may have missed? Room was good, but had a strange smell that you noticed when you walked in but wasn’t lingering or unbearable. Elevator was impossibly slow and hesitated, so I used the stairs most of the time. There is a tip jar everywhere, and I was told by a staff member how it would grease the wheels if I used them. Really. Lots of upcharges, which disappointed me. I prefer to see a fully loaded room rate.I don’t expect to have to pay a “resort fee” for services that are NOT optional, such as the ski room and the hot tub.

Location good. Room mediocre, poor value for price point. Ski equipment room horrible (small ski room NO lockers), unattended majority of time, unlocked, lots of rules regarding skis/boots. Staff seem disgruntled. Would not recommend.

Cozy, quiet, clean rooms. Nice small hotel atmosphere. Helpful staff. Great location, easy walk to ski lifts and to Vail village, also close to bus stop. Traditional European flair.

The Tivoli is wonderful! The lodge is beautiful. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The location is great! Literally ski in and out!
