“Very pleasant, comfortable and great for skiing”
We were extremely happy with our hotel. The location was great for skiing in, the hotel staff was very helpful and we really had a great time. The room was large, comfortable and with all amenities, including driers or ski boots, ipod stereo, weather station, coffee machine... We loved it.
“Wonderful experience”
Everyhing and everyone was top notch. Nice having the ski rental shop at the hotel. Hot tub was huge and never crowded. Pretty much felt pampered the whole time. Beware of the $30 per day extra fee that is added to your bill. Piano player in the restaurant/bar area was great. He can play anything you want to hear.
“Great Early Season Ski Trip”
I took my girlfriend up to Beaver Creek and proposed to her at the Scenic Overlook in the McCoy Peak Nordic Center. Everything at the Pines as amazing. The Bellman was great from the time we checked in. He helped us with our luggage and let us know about everything going on in the Village. The pool and hot tub were great. We also really enjoyed the Chili they served us after a hard day of skiing. We had a great meal at the Dusty Boot and grabbed a drink at the Coyote Cafe. Both places were very laid back. Only compliant I had is the Valet Parking Charge. You don't need a car in Beaver Creek. Shuttles will take you everywhere.
“The Pines Lodge is a real gem!”
If you are looking for a first class, intimate experience at Beaver Creek then The Pines Lodge is a must. Rarely have we ever experienced such dedicated staff, from the bellmen, reception, concierge and housekeeping. Everyone is incredibly friendly and does their best to make your stay enjoyable. Nice touches included a humidifier and ski-boot warmers in our guest room. The outdoor hot tub is great and the sidewalk in the pool area is heated as well.
“Great staff at Pines Lodge”
While our stay was VERY short for this resort area, the staff at the Pines Lodge were great. They got us into our room at 3: a.m. very quickly so that we could get some rest before continuing our travels to Redstone Colorado early the next day. The Pines Lodge is a part of a lovely resort area, and would be a lovely place to stay for winter skiing or summer golf and sight-seeing in the beautiful Colorado Rockies. I wish we could have stayed longer.
“Great hotel, location and staff”
Upgraded us to a room with a spectacular view at no charge. VERY nice staff and great breakfast too.
“Pines Lodge in Beaver Creek”
This is a delightful hotel. Rooms were spacious and well decorated in a rustic theme. The service from all employees was exemplary-- friendly, prompt, and helpful. They had promotional Volvo's and let us take one for a day to go skiing at Vail! And again for the movies! Great hotel!
“Excellent service, great hotel”
Very comfortable, clean rooms. Service was very personal and attentive. Great place for families.
“Gorgeous holiday staying in this hotel”
Services, conditions, maintenance, cleanliness and comfort were extremely satisfied. I came from overseas and i forgot to bring international adapter. One of the employee willing to borrow me HER PERSONAL adapter. I am very appreciated on her help otherwise i won't not be able to take such wonderful scenes pictures.
“Felt like I was in the Alps.!”
Beautiful hotel. Gracious staff. The Restaurant was beyond our expectations by far. We'll be back for sure
