“Wow what a deal!”
I normally stay in East Vail at the Racquet Club because of price. Sun Vail was actually cheaper and the location and quality was much much much better. I think they are rated the same? The pool area is beautiful. The condo was the best I have ever gotten in Vail. I questioned their pricing when I booked it, but we had my brother in law staying there and we wanted to be able to ride our bikes with them. We were able to walk home from dinner and shopping. Ride our bikes to and from the gondola. Forget East Vail. Sun Vail was the best! I think the economy is finally having a positive impact!
“Great Getaway”
We were looking for a comfortable place to stay overnight for a quick trip up to skiing. This was perfect with a fireplace, hot tub, and plenty of room to relax with the family. The accommodations were great!
“Apres Ski mellowness”
Sun Vail provided us with an ideal location for skiing at Vail. The apartment was roomy, well appointed throughout and conveniently located to Lionshead via a footbridge across I-70. It was so pleasant to be able to self cater for breakfast, get ready at leisure and know that on return there was a living room with an open fire, fridge with beer and a bathroom with copious quantities of hot water. The bed was not the most comfiest we have ever used but adequate for slope-weary bones. Overall Sun Vail was a far more pleasant option than any of the 3 other hotels and chalets we have used over the years.
“Very nice condo”
Nice staff, clean updated an convenient
“Great Place!”
Beautiful condo, right over the foot-bridge to the lifts at Vail. Free ski storage in a shop even closer to the lifts. Million dollar view, very comfortable and impeccably designed condominium.
“very nice great skiing and hotel”
This condo was very comfortable and updated nicely. The location was nice and close to the Gondola and much more reasonable and comfortable than in Vail Village. Loved it!
“Great Vail location, can't wait to get back”
We stayed at Sun Vail for Labor Day this year and are planning to return for our family winter ski vacation. We are really looking forward to our stay at Sun Vail because it meets all of our families needs. The views of the mountain are spectacular. The location is perfect. Pool and hot tubs are great, and it fits our family budget. There wasn't anyone to help with our luggage and the front desk could be open later, other than that we found the property to be just right for a family vacation.
“Great place to stay!!!”
Very cozy and beautifully decorated condo conveniently located across the street from Lionshead Village. Loved the fireplace and the view from the balcony. It was also a blast to swim in the heated pool and relax in the hot tub. Two thumbs up!!!!
“Great space for the money”
View of Vail mountain - walk over the pass to the gondola about 5 minutes. Spacious and clean
“Good place to go in Vail”
Excelent facilities for the price. Not so far away from the gondola. Proper storage of ski equipment.
