Falcon Point is a condominium resort located in Avon, Colorado, at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain. The Resort's central Vail Valley location makes it convenient to ski Beaver Creek or Vail, or enjoy the renowned shopping and dining available throughout the Valley . This five-story resort borders Nottingham Park and Lake, offers a number of on-site amenities and grants easy access to the area's wide variety of year round outdoor sports and recreational activities.
Each condominium is extremely spacious and is tastefully decorated with a contemporary mountain motif. The fully equipped kitchens in the one and two bedroom units and the kitchenettes in the studios have been recently upgraded to stainless appliances and granite counter tops.
Falcon Point’s amenities include complementary wireless internet, cable TV, a heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool, two hot tubs, a dry sauna, an exercise room and a club house with a large screen TV and a pool table.
Access to Beaver Creek is as simple as a one block walk to the free town shuttle or you can use the Gondola at the Westin River Front to avoid the lines at the base of Beaver Creek.

Falcon Point Resort offers 58 guestrooms. Televisions come with cable channels, DVD players, and VCRs. Refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee/tea makers are provided. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers.
This Avon condominium resort provides dial-up Internet access. Business-friendly amenities include fax machines. CD players, sofa beds, and clock radios are also included. Housekeeping is provided daily.
All guestrooms are non-smoking.

“Wonderful”
The resort is comfy and nice. The rooms are large and the kitchenettes are well stocked with the needed items for cooking (plates, pots, pans, etc). The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were toasty. You had the ability to control the temperature and the TV was a very large flatscreen. Staying the the Vail area can get expensive and the fact that parking was free was a plus. You are very close to a grocery store and the busline to take you to the lifts if you want. I am planning on returning for spring break and plan on staying there again!!!

We had a great stay at the Falcon Resort. Nice pool, and game room. The rooms were clean and easy to get to.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. The room was more than I expected. We were there for the Lacrosse Shootout, the hotel was close to the fields which was a plus. I would definitely recommend this place.
“Great condo”
We enjoyed our stay at our 1 bedroom condo. The front desk clerk, Heather was very helpful with restaurant suggestions, getting to and from Beaver Creek and was always pleasant. The location was great. Hot tubs great. Quiet place. The only problem we had was the condo was too hot. The thermostat only listed 50 and 90. We had no idea what the temperature was but it was too hot. Had to keep the doorwall and bedroom window open each night. We turned the heat off for our stay. We still loved it. Beautiful place.

The staff found things I had left that were valuable &could game easily been taken. I did not realize I had left them until they called me. They sent it fed ex. Integrity like that is rare now a days.

Avon is the place to stay just short walk or ride to supermarket, fast food, and coffee shops. Falcon Point Resort is very well kept. My son and I had a clean fairly large studio with kitchen. I recommend bigger unit for full family. Convenient free parking. There is a hot air ski boots dryer. The resort has cozy club with pool, swimming pool (indoor and outdoor connected), hot tub and to hot whirlpools (indoor and out door). All nicely designed, fresh, and greatly maintained. People BBQed on gas grill (I guess guests are allowed). We did not use a public transportation (other guests did and they found it convenient). Beaver Creek 5 min drive ($33 daily parking at slops, free parking within shuttle ride), Vail 15min drive ($25 daily parking at slopes). I am looking forward to stay with Falcon next year again.
