“Old motel”

This motel is old and in fairly run down condition, but there is very little choice of accomodations in Uvalde, Texas so we'll probably be back.

“overpriced”

Loved the staff and the pillows...seriously! :) One lamp didn't even work; it was plugged into a power strip with a short -- light on it going on and off, which was plugged into an outlet I couldn't reach. refrigerator was cracked on top, door didn't shut flush, froze most of my stuff, needed defrosting -- badly! downstairs ice machine was on the fritz Overall, it was quiet and a place to relax for a couple hours and sleep, Nothing special.

“Pretty good, if a bit pricey”

Room clean, except Sofa bed dirty with no sheets (even though we paid extra for a room w/ sofa bed. Pool clean. Hot breakfast good and staff helpful. A little bit pricey for this type of room, but choices are few in Uvalde.

“unhappy in uvalde”

was in town for 3 days on business and needed internet, i was told that the internet there was good. while i stayed there , they had no internet.
