“Où es-tu, l'hôtel ?”
Seule réserve : le défaut de signalisation claire de l'hôtel dans les environs et même dans son ultime approche.
“can't go wrong”
Very good English speaking service at the front desk. Welcomed me back with a handshake. Bar service was a bit slow on this last visit- they should increase staffing a bit. Restaurant is good, try the rib-eye steak- it is amazing! :-)
“Christmas Markets in Regensburg”
The markets in Regensburg are great! Not touristic at all. Very nice hotel with a nice walk to the old city center.
“Convenient”
It was very easy to find and access this hotel. Service was very good: I had reserved a "River View" room but checked in to find more of an "lobby rooftop and dumpster view". I asked to be moved and they did so immediately, adding free wifi because the new room was a bit smaller. They also tipped us off to a local festival in the old city about 15 minutes' walk away. The room itself was unremarkable, somewhat old for a Courtyard but more American than European when it comes to space, linens, etc. Overall, thumbs-up.
“Late arrival - request for river view room not honoured”
Had requested room with river view and were given a room with view onto a motorway bridge. However, when reception were made aware of this, they deducted the price of breakfast, apologising for having somebody in reception the previous evening who was 'in training'.
“Okay place to stay.”
AC/heat did not function properly. Internet was VERY expensive @ 12.50 euro/day. Not extremely convient to old town, too far to walk and not enough parking when driving. Also had to pay to park @ hotel and spaces were limited. Hotel staff was nice and spoke excellent English. Hotel was clean. Would stay again if nothing else was available.

“nothing special”
some of the hotel needs modernising, their was no air con or heater in the room, we could not change the temperature. The hotel had a generally odd and unpleasant smell in the corridor and room at times. buffet breakfast was lovely and staff very friendly and helpful too. Large room but no safe or fridge. as a girl i would not have done the walk to/from town at night on my own. Large coach parties affected the menu options available to guests which was frustrating. Suited our needs, we came with bikes for a specific reason but it wasn't special.
“Penalised for Parking!”
This is an "out of town" hotel on a Motorway junction a mile from anywhere else apart from a fuel station, a Fitness First Gym and another empty warehouse type building. The car park had a barrier which we thought would be to stop Fitness First users from using the Hotel Car Park etc even through it had roughly 100-150 spaces in it's own car park. When we booked in, the reception gave us a different card to that which was issued, with no explanation saying you can go in and out with this card. Upon checkout we find that we were being charged to use the car park, even though we were not told at any time, and there was plenty of road side parking. Do NOT park in thier car park. If you do visit here use the bays directly opposite the barriers on the other side of the road which are free.
