“Rat Hole”

Room was dirty, Overall disgusting place. Hotel smelled like mold. Furniture and bed was worn. Booked for 5 nights. Checked out after one.

“THE WORST!!!!”

OLD AND RUN-DOWN. Room was musty and dank. Carpets were stained and dirty. Bed were old and uncomfortable. Terrible customer service. It took almost 2 hours to get towels and washcloths because "they {were} still doing laundry - AT 4:00 IN THE AFTERNOON! And still did not get enough for the 3 people in the room. Very Noisy-thin walls and floors. "Full" breakfast was lousy!!! The only good thing was the convenience of the location. Not the Best Western that I once loved and swore by. I will DEFINITELY THINK TWICE before ever booking at another Best Western.
