“great stay”

The hotel was very nice. It was recently remodled , very clean, and in good overall condition. I have stayed at 2 other hotels in Ukiah over the last 2 years. The Quality Inn here is the best hotel for the price in town. Sure you can spend more for a room at several other hotels in town, that may be more luxurios....but why ?

“Best Buy”

We were going to grab a good cheap hotel for the night and were pleasantly suprised. It was very clean, comfortable beds and top notch service. My husband came down with the flu in the middle of the night and the next day the mgr walked me through how to extend our next night Expedia hotel reservation and let us stay in the same room another night. Even followed up later that day and the next day to see if they could help or bring us anything. They get a 5 star in my book.

“pleasantly surprised”

I chose this hotel based on previous reviews and very reasonably priced. When first driving to the hotel I was second guessing my decision but as I pulled into the drive I could see that regardless of the surrounding neighborhood they had put expense into keeping the hotel looking nice. When I entered the room I was pleasantly surprised, it was as the pictures represented. It was small but served the one night stay perfectly. The people working there were very nice. The breakfast was fair if your on the run but if you want a filling or satisfying breakfast to start the day better find a restaurant. I would definitely stay again.
