“Enjoyed our quick stay at Hotel”

We stayed for one night. It is in a handy position to Airport. Staff were friendly & helpful.We ate in the restaurant on the rooftop which was very nice atmosphere. The food was okay (had better had worse) Transfer service from Hotel was reliable. We would recommend this Hotel to everybody...

“Best hotel in udon thani,especially when finished”

A little bit further away from the centre,but over looking the park.Staff were great and seemed happy to help.Hotel needs to be finished to make it five star,but much better than any of the business hotels in the area.Still building pool but will look good when finished.Breakfast was much better than expected and people from outside came to eat here.The design was refreshing and everything works well.All the staff seemed happy from restaurant to front desk,not my experience with other similar hotels in the area and this alone would make me go back.

really good hotel, nice staff, first class food, comfortably beds, but swimming pool is not built!

“not good value for the price.”

I stayed at this hotel from the 21st july to 25th july inclusive. I had specifically booked a smoking suite with a shower. On arrival told every room was no smoking and the suite only had a bath and no shower. Breakfast was stated to be available from 6.00 am to 10.00 am.On the first morning i went for breakfast at 09.10 am to find most items had finished and were not replenished..at 09.30am restaurant staff cleared everything away ' in time for lunch at 12.30pm. I do not consider this hotel to be good value for the price I paid and certainly would not stay again.As a resident of Thailand I can compare this hotel to many others I have stayed in the area.
