Everything was wonderful. Service was excellent, the room was new and clean. Exceptional actually. Idk if all the rooms are as updated, but it was a pleasure to stay here! And the staff was more than helpful with every question.

It is conveniently located relatively close to the train’s central station and it’s also close to a restaurant and supermarket, which cover any traveler’s basics.

Highly recommend. Great Staff! Kid in tow, zero problems. Great restaurant nearby, "La Vedova" (also kid friendly). Hotel's breakfast is excellent; great value.

Hidden Gem
Hotel has undergone recent impressive renovation. Room large and bed comfortable. Hotel is about 2 km from centre of old town, and further yet from train station. Best to taxi from train and decide later if you want to walk into town. We walked several times. Breakfast had many options for both European and North American pallet. The front counter staff, Paulo and Tatiana were very helpful and went out of their way to provide rental car assistance and directions. The hotel has what appears to be an artistic safety screen on the front securing balconies. This provides an obscured view, but we were out all day anyway so it was of little concern. Thank you. Good basic hotel, breakfast a bit lacking and the coffee machine was poor. Other than that.. really comfy bed and a fantastic sunrise with the village church bell chiming 8 in the morning

Good quality hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was large and well appointed, bed was comfortable. Bathroom had no vanity cabinet so made it a bit awkward to store personal toiletries, otherwise it was ok. WiFi work fairly well. Good breakfast with lots to choose from. Given its location, would benefit by having a restaurant/bistro attached. Overall very satisfied.

I traveled with my daughter by mistake we were dropped off at the wrong Best Western hotel. The manager of this hotel took his time to come pick us up from the other location. How many people would do that? EXCELLENT customer service! Also, superb breakfast buffet!

Very Good Hotel Bargain For Those With A Car
Stayed here for 2 nights -- it was a nice experience. The hotel was welcoming, with a large lobby, nice-size rooms, lots of amenities in the room, an elevator, and lots of parking spaces. There was an in-room safe, a mini-bar, and a coffee-and-tea set-up upon request and an ironing board and iron also on request. The breakfast was fairly lavish, with lots of choices available. The location -- while very convenient from the expressway -- is too far from town to walk to the center, so a car is necessary (although I believe you can catch a bus on the street in front of the hotel--I didn't use the bus, but I am sure I saw them on that road.) AND -- for those who are as addicted to these places as I am -- there is a Carrefours Store about 1 km. away.

Served its purpose
We are a family of four, and were driving from Vienna to Tuscany, and Udine is about halfway. The hotel is outside the main centre, but easy to find from the autostrada. We saw a retail centre on the way to the hotel so decided to walk there to find a fast food restaurant, but stumbled across a nice enough Italian restaurant on the main road, less than 10 minutes from the hotel. The hotel staff were very pleasant and the room was comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of cooked and continental breakfast. Undercover parking is available down a steep driveway, for 7 euros per night, or free parking outside (off-street). Happy enough.
