"Weekend stay at visiting friends in Falls Churfh"
Hotel staff very nice and helpful. Did call twice before arrival to make sure crib would be in room was told yes but when we arrived at 2:30am there was no crib. They brought crib right after I called front desk. Room was clean but would never book room there for full price of almost $300. Have stayed in much nicer hotels for less than $300.00 a night. Thankful Expedia had such great rate of under $100.00 per night. Hotel was within walking distance of friends house who we were visiting that's why we booked here. Kids had fun in pool and breakfast Buffett was good. Again, staff very friendly and helpful.
Staff was fantastic! Day shift (Sebastian) and night shift (Chris) front desk, these gentlemen were among the best I've ever dealt with! Beginning with phone calls long before arrival to our very late check in, these two people made life easier & comfortable. And front desk staff can make the world of differnce. I would absolutely stay again! Only suggestion...add a little more to breakfast...just a little.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Onsite restaurants were very good. Enjoyed pub food and local beer at O'Malley's pub and brunch at the Tuscany Grille. Will def return.
I've stayed at several Embassy Suites before and this was one of the best. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms had very comfortable beds. Since we got in late, that was our main focus. We couldn't take advantage of their free Happy Hour but we certainly enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning. The omelettes were delicious! I asked for late checkout and they happily complied. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to spend time in DC as the metro runs nearly.
Staff was excellent, Friendly from the time of check in until check out, Except for the shuttle service. The guy wasn't friendly drove wreck less and didn't feel safe being driven to our destination. Drove my car for the remainder of our trip.
