Hotel located in convenient area with close restaurants and major streets.

Although we are senior citizens, we managed the steps fine. We like being up above the noise anyway. We were pleased with our room and we would stay there when we get to come to a football game in Tuscaloosa again.

“Not a bad place to stay”

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bed comfy. The only two negatives that I had was that breakfast was very limited and the shower drain was so slow that by the end of the shower I was standing in a pool of water. The room was setup nicly, had a desk for that out of town buissness man like myself, and the free internet worked great. Overall I would defanitly go back for another stay.

“Quick Home Visit to T-Town”

I was quite comfortable with the overall quality of service during my three night stay. If my visit would have been seven days or longer, then I would like to have a microwave and small refrigerator in the room. Other than those two issues, my stay was very pleasant.

the only problem i have is with the towels and face cloths the last two times i was there there were no towels in the unit . last weekend i stayed in a room with two beds there were two towels and nothing else. they are also theard bare i am going to take my own face cloths with me

“A decent overnight stay”

The hotel was clean except for bathroom. Our toliet was NOT scrubbed at all and had a bad toliet ring at the top underneath seat. Our bathtub fixture came off in my hand and I couldn't turn off the water at all. Beds were VERY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. The decor of the room and furniture was very pleasant and nice. It is a decent overnight stay, but hotel needs some maintenance and cleaning on the bathrooms. It is very well located to stay if you plan o attend a college football game. Located right off the interstate next to nice restaurants and local attractions.

“Nice hotel-convenient location”

The hotel itself was fine. The towels were very thin and rough. My husband who normally does not notice such things said that "the towels felt like sandpaper". Breakfast foods were not replenished thoroughout the morning. It would be nice to add yogurt to the breakfast menu.

“No housekeeping, but nice staff”

I guess you get what you pay for, which is not much. The staff was very nice, but house keeping was non-existant. The 1st night, they only made one bed, and did not replenish the towels, or cups. That night I called for more towels, and asked them to please make the beds and give us towels for the next day. Then the next day, no one came to clean our room at all! So they must have had a problem with house keeping. But on another note, they did let us use their computer and printer to print our boarding passes. Again, nice staff working there, but no housekeeping.
