“Softball Trip”

There were a couple of issues with the bathroom fan not working properly. Also the continenetal breakfast was lacking in quantity and quality.

“Just ok...”

This hotel was alright. The breakfast selection was not that great. The halls and room was just dark and dreary looking. The freeway is right next to the hotel, so there was a lot of traffic noise.

“A Big Disappointment”

My wife and I have regularly stayed at Choice Hotels with generally excellent experiences. Checked into our reserved non-smoking room; noticed strong musty smell as If the room had been just occupied by smokers. Advised young woman at front desk who did nothing. No offer to move us to a fresh room. Also, whenever we would ask her about local restaurants, attractions, etc, she was either not knowledgable or otherwise not motivated to be of help.
