Great stay best stay I have ever had. Dess was the best I made it around 12am that night all I had to do was sign my check in papers and she handed my key. 10 out of 10 in everything!!!! My place to stay!!!

Came into Tuscaloosa for the first time, checking into the hotel was a breeze and general manager Taylor was totally awesome with all the help and advice for us. She gave us little ins and outs of the city and going to the football game.
The Hotel was clean, friendly and staff was overwhelmingly helpful.

Visiting daughter in college & ballgame. Stayed one night two days. Needed comfortable clean safe stay close to everything and that’s exactly what we got at candlewood! Great stay great staff great nights sleep!

Everything was good except my special instructions to be Feather Free was not followed. After checking in the clerk cleared bed and gave me knew linens and pillows.
The rooms were very clean and neat. The only issue i had is dogs was barking alot and when the housekeepers clean the rooms all that morning i heard the doors knocked with the latch up. so everytime they went into a room to clean i heard it. Kids on the 3rd level was running. I feel the housekeepers need to have a towel to leave the door open so they dont wake other guest up with the noise of the door opening and closing.

I liked the cleanliness of the property. Only complaint is it appears the ceiling is not sound insulated. We could hear the people above us walking around, the floor made creeping noise

The stay would have been much better had there not been some raucous guests in the middle of the night making it impossible to sleep.

The staff at Candlewood couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly. We were grateful to get a reservation on a game weekend. The building is in a noisy area of town. It is a bit dated but very clean and was a quick ride to campus. Thank you so much for your hospitality
