“Neat, clean, very nice no frills hotel”

“Pleasantly surprised - We will definitely stay here again!!!”

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. We needed a hotel near the University of Alabama while we visited for a tour. Its about a 5-7 minute drive. The room was very pleasant, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was very nice. They served more than just a continental breakfast. They had fresh waffles and scrambled eggs. I will definitely stay here again.

“T-town's hidden secret!”

We loved our stay while attending college orientation for our daughter at U of A. This hotel was like that of a nationally known chain that starts with H and ends with Inn. Very clean and great decor in rooms with granite counters in the bathrooms! Great breakfast with our only negative being the breakfast room is quite small and only has three small tables. We have plans to return here again and again!!

“Tuscaloosa's Best”

I was totally impressed with this hotel. It actually exceeded my expetations. The service was great and the rooms were so clean I couldnt believe my eyes. I will always use the Ambassador from now on.

This hotel is wonderful! This was my first time staying in the hotel and it definetly won't be the last. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and they are there for all needs during your stay. The rooms are fabulous! They are spacious and well cleaned. The bed is so comfortable that you will not want to leave. The bathroom is gorgeous with granite countertops and a spacious bathtub. The hotel also comes with a delicious complimentary breakfast that has hot waffles, danishes, and fresh juice. Overall, this is one the nicest hotels I have been to and I plan on staying there everytime I am in Tuscaloosa.

My daughter is a student at The University of Alabama. I live several states away. After returning to school after Christmas break she came down with the flu. She was sick for several days when I decided I needed to go to Tuscaloosa to check on her. I didn't know how long I would stay so I was looking for a very good rate. By the time I had gotten to Tuscaloosa she was on the upswing but just very tired and unable to get rest in her dorm. The hotel was clean, quiet, peaceful and close to the campus. I was also pleased that I could wash her laundry while I was there. The staff was very friendly and even told me the next time I came they would make sure I could be on the floor with the laundry! They also have a very good breakfast. I have stayed in lots of hotels in Tuscaloosa, but this will definitely be my first choice from now on.

“The only place to stay.”

The only thing I found a little disappointing was there were no complimentary toiletry items, such as shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. That's how hard I had to look for something wrong with this hotel. All the other reviews you read about on this sight are right on. The rooms are roomy and comfortable with a nice size fridge and microwave, and the bathroom is almost spacious enough to fit one more bed in. This is the place you want to stay. On my next visit to Tuscaloosa I know I will.

“Won't stay anywhere else in Tuscaloosa, AL”

As a professional truck driver with my husband, we frequently stay in various hotels/motels. Recently, we needed accomodations while in our hometown. This hotel was recommended by my brother-in-law. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean. I especially love that each room is supplied with a refrigerator and microwave. Many places will only have one or the other, or none at all. We have stayed appx 6 nights in the last 2 months and will not stay anywhere else in Tuscaloosa if a room is available.

Hotel was clean and the room was spacious. Great deal for the price. Don't ask for anything extra like late check since you may not get a straight answer if you get one at all.
