"Fantastic Experience"
We had a fantastic experience! The staff was delightful and attentive. When planning the trip, I read some reviews that said the staff was inhospitable, and, in our experience, nothing could be further from the truth. Everyone was very kind. The hotel was beautiful and our room was close to the pool and beach which was lovely. The room was very well air-conditioned which is very important in June. I also had read reviews that said the rooms seemed old or dirty. Also, not true at all. Our room very clean and decorated beautifully. As far as food goes, I've been to the Caribbean multiple times and between the hotel and other restaurants in Provo, this was by far the best food I've had. The spa was incredible! The facilities were beautiful and the services were great. I had the 90 minute custom massage, and I would highly recommend it. All in all, a wonderful vacation! Favorite Caribbean destination so far! So sad to come home.

"Gorgeous beach location;quiet and relaxing. "
Small quiet hotel. Very relaxing. Room was as pictured on website. Great bathroom and very clean. Coming from a guest who is really neurotic about hotel rooms this is rare for me to say. I even felt comfortable enough to shower without flip flops! Was pleasantly surprised to be met at airport by driver to take us to our hotel as we had not prearranged a ride or were transfers included when we booked

"Wonderful, friendly staff, lots to do"
Although we got off to a rocky staff as we couldn't find any food options open when we arrived at 4pm, we ended up loving the hotel, its staff and amenities and now want to go back with our 7 year old daughter! Fun water park, many food choices and activities for all ages!

"Expected better"
We spend 5 nights at the Parrot Cay by Como as a couple, and enjoyed very much the attention to detail, food and friendliness of the staff. Our room ( 603) was very old, the mattresses and furniture, as well, as the bathroom are in urgent need of replacement, never mind the AC which was loud, so loud that even the handyman could not fix it. We did expected at a price like this that this would have been more updated. The luxe towels and bedsheets did not make up a price tag like this. Families with children are at a loss of entertainment, and with a wellness concept it can get very irritating when you have suddenly 3-4 children (10-13) playing soccer in front of your pool chairs..... with parents who think just because they pay thousands of Dollars they brood can take over a quiet place. Don't understand me wrong, we are parents too!

"Peaceful Paradise!"
My boyfriend and I had an amazing week stay here at the Blue Haven Resort! We couldn't have asked for a better place. The rooms and facilities were all modernly designed which made for a very comfortable and luxurious mood. We loved the private beach, which sometimes felt like it was all our own due to the off season. The staff was all very friendly and provided great suggestions for places to go and things to do in Provo- Keisha, Ramona, Michael and Damon to name a few. We ate breakfast at the outdoor Fire & Ice restaurant every morning, which was an amazing way to start the day, beautiful beach views and great food. We ventured off to the sister resort, Alexandra, one day but decided we liked the exclusivity and serenity of the Blue Haven much better. We wanted authentic island food so we went to a local favorite, Froggies and loved it! The food was amazing. We also had couples massages at the spa at Blue Haven, and those were perfect too. On Wednesday we did an all day boat snorkeling tour and afternoon BBQ which we definitely reccommend, ours was Island Vibes. The only thing we didn't enjoy was jet skiing, the water was far too rough and the experience was not enjoyable at all. We ended our hour long ride 20mins early because it was so unbearable. Thursday Fish Fry is a must! All in all our trip to TCI was perfect. We will certainly be back again, next time in season, as lobster was not available any where and even considered illegal if you were caught eating it!
