"Nice hotel in a good location."
Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and spacious. We were on the 4th floor with a great ocean view...higher floors are better. We had our 7 month old with us and they were very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again

"1st Time but not the last time in TCI"
The island is beautiful. Warm with great beaches. The Regent Palms was recommended by friends who said it was their favorite resort, not just on Turks and Caicos. Upon arrival we were greeted with frozen drinks and a quick orientation to the hotel. We stayed in a one bedroom ocean front suite, which was incredible. It had a full kitchen with a Nespresso machine Viking range, dining room, living room and an outdoor area. We were steps from the pool and beach. Great room and well worth the price. The hotel food, whether in room dining, breakfast buffet or lunch and dinner at one of the restaurants was always good and the staff was very helpful in getting you what you wanted. Our little boy was very happy with his meals. With the exception of the less than responsive concierge when we tried to make dinner reservations in town (ended up calling ourselves) the hotel staff was great. In particular they have a play room for children and the women who ran it eye awesome. Our son often preferred to hang with them and play rather than go to the pool or beach. We liked the place enough to make a future reservation with other family members joining. I highly recommend this place.

"Exceptional Hotel Staff!!!"
There were many things to love about the Villa Del Mar but the hotel staff was the highlight. They were very welcoming and accommodating to my family and made a wonderful stay even more amazing. From the beach-side concierge to the front desk smiles to the recommendations and kindness shown from the pool-side bartender. Definitely a place to recommend to friends and family.

"Great location in the middle of everything."
This hotel experience was exactly what I was expecting for a 4 night get away in the middle of February. Location had a very classy feel, with a great beach and pool. Most guests seemed mid 30-50's. Quiet location, with no screaming kids. (what we were after) Room (102) was immense with everything you need to dine. Only drawback is that this bed/boxspring needs replacement.

"Great boutique hotel"
We had a great time at the Windsong! The beach was amazing and there is a Reef right to the left of the hotel that is great for snorkeling. There were also other activities like paddle boat, kayaks, paddle boards that you could use for free. Jojo's is the only restaurant which was great for lunch, but at night we went to different hotels on the beach that were walkable. Somewhere Cafe is right next door and that was wonderful! Overall I would definitely come back and recommend to anyone going to Turks and Caicos!

Blue Haven Resort

Leeward Marina, Providenciales - Map
"Very quiet and private"
This was my 3rd trip to Provo; the first two times I stayed on Grace Bay. I like Grace Bay location better than this marina location, but it was still a good choice for this trip and I would return. The sand is soft, but not as soft as Grace Bay. However, the sand is easier to walk on and the beach is closer, making it a better option for people with mobility issues or disabilities. The beach was mostly empty - we always had good choice of chairs, hammocks, and sofas. Except for waves created by passing watercraft, the water was very calm, making it a better option for children. There were typically 2 to 6 boats an hour of various sizes. Despite 'No Wake Zone' few boaters complied. Being next to the marina meant occasional diesel odor. But, the odor was infrequent and passed quickly. Convenience of having a well-stocked market was great (wines, liquor, soda, beer, sunscreen, meal ingredients, snacks, toiletries, coffee bar, fresh prepared foods), although there was a high premium charged for this convenience. Excellent food at Fire & Ice, but very small meal portion and miniscule appetizer portion. Food at Salt and The Market was very good. Our 1 BR suite was clean and comfortable. The balcony was large. Kitchen had everything needed to make snacks or cook meals. The staff was very friendly and attentive, when needed. Free shuttle to other hotels was convenient, but isolated location meant you had to travel everywhere. You are on a large compound and cannot walk anywhere.
