“Beautiful resort”
The resort is just beautiful. The service was excellent ! The people at the resort very friendly, always wanting to please!October is the time of year to go,not many guest, so very quiet. Our beachfront room was perfect!
“Awesome”
Our experience at the Palms was awesome!! We were greeted at the airport for transportation and then promptly greeted and taken to our room. Although we had booked a luxury room, we were put in a 1500 s/f 1 bedroom suite overlooking the pool with oceanview. It was luxurious. The attendants at the beach promptly brought water, towels and frozen fruit. I would not stay anywhere else and would recommend this hotel. The children were a little overbearing at the pool when trying to read but . . . The breakfast buffet was awesome and everyone was helpful. They also made our dinner reservations and called and wrote to confirm. The spa is a little pricey for what you get but everything on the island is expensive . . . so don't go unless you expect to spend some $$. Hemingways was good and reasonable. This is the best resort on the island as far as we could see and would go again.
“Awsome Hotel”
We stayed at the Regent Palms from 9/18-9/25 08 just 2 weeks after hurricane IKE hit the island. We were pleasantly suprised how well the hotel looked. We never would have known there was a major hurricane there. The service is top notch, and you wil never find more friendly people . The hotel room was spotless and service was the best I have ever had. I am lucky to have traveled 8 different Islands and all across Europe and this place is the best. The beach is spectacular, the water is crystal clear and the sand is like powder. I strongly recommend the Regent Palms and cant wait to return.
“Most beautiful beach and amazing hotel service”
I was a bit worried about the hotel condition as I read somewhere that it was undergoing construction or being renovated. However, I was relieved upon arrival because the hotel was beautiful and in perfect condition. The hotel service was impeccable. My husband and I spent most of our time at the beach as the color, clarity, and temperature of the ocean is spectacular. Please note expect a large bill at the end of your trip as the food and drinks are expensive. Must do: Reserve or upgrade to an ocean view room; we learned that the hard way. The garden view rooms are pretty bad.
“Great Resort, Great Accomodations”
The resort and spa were great as well as the staff at the Palms. We unfortunatly had bad weather and no power for two days but we were compensated by the resort with a free lunch as well as drinks. My husband & I really wanted to take there amazingly comfortable bed home with us.
“Regent Palm, simply the BEST”
Without a doubt, best hotel and restaurant on the island. Went to see other top spots and they did not compare. Worth the extra money!! Beautiful restaurant. So good we came back the following week to eat there again with friens who were at other hotels. They were all jealous!!
“Turks”
This hotel is great! I was expecting a lot from the reviews I read, but it was definitely that and more. I believe there are only 72 rooms there so it makes very cozy.
“Beautiful, one of the best”
I wish continental breakfast would include bread & butter, many people prefer to have at the morning simple toast instead of mini danish.
“Great Hotel”
We stayed at The Regent Palms for 5 days in mid-December. The overall experience significantly exceeded our expectations. What really set the hotel apart was the level of service provided throughout the trip, especially at the pool and on the beach. Also a seamless check in and check out process in left a positive first and final impression. We would strongly recommend this hotel.
“Best Hotel on the Island”
Our room was huge and gorgeous! All of the staff were extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. They left us a couple of lovely little surprises/gifts for our honeymoon. We will absolutely stay here on return visits.
