Excellent facilities. Friendly staff. Lovely hotel. Would definitely stay again. Tooletries and kitchen goods replaced daily (including coffee!). Pool bar staff attentive, especially Lila and Don.

Nice hotel on world class beach

Posted 13-Jul-2014
Enjoyed our stay at seven stars. Beach is outstanding and pool is nice and large. Rooms are nicely furnished with modern appliances--kitchenette is a great addition. Staff is very friendly; though I would say service is adequate or average. (Don't expect to be waited on at pool or beach.) Food was reasonable at The Deck and for breakfast, but not particularly noteworthy. Never ate at main restaurant due to their limited menu. We enjoyed our stay, but not sure we would return to Seven Stars given the other options on Grace Bay.

Best Pillows Ever

Posted 28-Jun-2014
Pros: Loved the room's finishes, huge bathroom, huge kitchen. Loved the view - the water almost didn't look real!
Cons: Service at the pool and deck restaurant was slow (like a half hour for a drink), even for island time. I wish the ocean was visible from the pool.
Location: Mr. Gouper's is must. The best fish I think we've ever had. daConch Shack was good, but it was not worth the $70 cab fare there and back..
Our room was gorgeous. The linens and towels were fresh. And the pillows were to die for.

Quiet luxury hotel, steps from beach

Posted 10-Jun-2014
Everything about 7 Stars is lovely. Gorgeous clean rooms, smooth white sheets, great morning yoga overlooking beach, highly professional staff, gorgeous pool and beach. Quiet, if you want night life this may not be the place for you. We loved our stay and will be back! Prices are high for food-get snacks/beer at grocery store across street.

Great stay at grace bay

Posted 7-Jun-2014
Pros: One of the best things about this resort is the location. It offers you many choices of stores , restaurants and activities to pick from.
Cons: They need a few more choices of food on their pool and bar menu.It would be nice to have some music around the pool.
Location: Very good location. right in the middle of every thing. There is a graceway grocery store near by that has everything that you would need. .
Seven stars on grace bay is a top notch resort. You can tell a well managed property by the way and how quickly they handle their problems and they did so promptly.Check in was quick and seamless. We stayed in a one bedroom ocean front suite, which has all of the amenities that you you need.full size refrigerator, stove, oven, micro, nepresso coffee maker and regular coffee maker, blender, washer and dryer, pots, pans and cup, glasses, wine glasses, and more. The pool was very nice and clean and kept at a pleasant temperature. They do need to have some music around the pool to give it some sort of atmosphere. It was very quiet and a little boring. The resort did not provide any activities at the pool or on the beach. The bar service at the pool and the beach was very good, there was always somebody around to get you what was needed. The food quality ranged from average to superior. Breakfast and the food at the pool was on the average side and I thought needed a little more variety. We had dinner at the resorts Restaurant Seven and found it to be excellent. Overall, this is a fantastic resort and and you will not be disappointed by staying here. And do not forget about the beach. I can see why it is one of the top beaches in the world. The beach is absolute perfection, powdery soft and not hot and no rocks anywhere.

Perfect Vacation

Posted 31-May-2014
Pros: Rooms beautifully decorated. Full kitchenette. Island coffee/expresso. Bathroom top notch/stocked. Ocean View Balcony with free breeze a must.
Cons: Not a thing.
Location: Grace Bay is just as it sounds. The water gives turquoise it's true meaning. Water sports and tours for dozens of Islands can be accessed from Hotel.
"Seven Stars Resort" on Grace Bay is a paradise for vacationers who love the beach. White powder sand and turquoise green waters. The perfect beach. The resort is second to none. It is beautiful and immaculate. The food is the best on the Island. The Chef at "Seven" is both magnificent and imaginative. It was the best dinner my wife and I enjoyed all year. We have eaten at several top 5 rated restuarants on Grace Bay; "Seven" was the best. The "Deck"provides casual dining overlooking the water. A tremendous combination of fantastic food and unmatched beauty. A difficult place to pull yourself away from. Walking distance from some nice shops and a supermarket. First class Spa, Tennis Courts and Pool. Had to save the best for last. The BEST managed resort we have ever had the pleasure to stay at. The STAFF of Seven Stars is the MOST outstanding we have ever experienced. They exceed every expectation and amaze with genuine warmth and friendliness. I have never seen anything like them. This was our second year at Seven Stars. We may never go anywhere else. It was simply paradise.

Lovely hotel and room, very pleasant staff

Posted 29-Apr-2014
Pros: Very warm and helpful staff, lovely room and situation relative to the very clean beach, in room kitchen facilities excellent
Cons: Sand Dollar restaurant expensive - drove us off the premises for meals. I never heard the end of it from my partner, Watersport staff need improvement
Location: At the quiet end of the beach which is what we were looking for, ended up going to Club Med using day pass for snorkelling excursions
The beautiful beach and lovely room were what drew us to this hotel. Dining room staff very warm and welcoming each morning. A nice mix on the breakfast buffet. Very nice gentleman (Ravi) took excellent care of our room. The kitchen facilities in the room were terrific - for a very small space it was remarkably well equipped. We made more use of them than expected as we found the Sand Dollar bar very expensive relative to value which drove us away from other restaurants on the premises. The hotel is a 7 minute walk to a very well equipped grocery store with products from the US/UK/Canada (a Scotiabank branch beside it) and although prices definitely higher than home (UK & Canada) was not unexpected and still better than restaurant costs in hotel. The outdoor premises are very well maintained and we never had a battle in the morning for lounge chairs in the morning as we have experienced at other resorts which was a relief. Watersport staff were somewhat indifferent and less than enthused by our queries. Front desk somewhat uneven - eg. we booked a cab one evening for the following morning and there was no record, great debate about the cost of a cab to the TCI ferry to North Caicos. However another gentleman at the desk very helpful when I wandered in having lost my key. All in all a very pleasant stay

nice hotel, good to great staff, great location

Posted 28-Apr-2014
Pros: breakfast was very good. all aspects of the room were is great shape. property is beautiful. staff very attentive "usually", pool was warm, clean.
Cons: a few beach toys were old or broken. ie the SUP paddles needed to be replaced. the windsurfer had a few broken parts and a few of the SUP's needed rep
Location: this hotel will book any meal or trip for you with a call. we enjoyed Hemingway's and Coco Bistro best
overall we really loved this property and staff. everyone traveling to Turks should remember to slow down a bit. This island in general moves on island time and has nothing to do with your service or the lack there of. Our room was nice with a small frig and stove. Bed good, great bathroom and our room had a washer and dryer. Breakfast came with our room price and was great. I would stay here again for sure. The beach is beautiful as is the pool. The pool seemed mainly for families w/ kids or maybe it was the week we were there. There were plenty of beach chairs but at times a bit of a fight for chairs around the pool. They did post signs saying they policed unattended chairs with towels to avoid the early "land grab" you see from time to time; it always seemed to work for us. besides you are going to Turks for the beach. Food and drink on this island cost lots, everywhere so prepare. This hotel is a very easy walk to a good grocery. Some of the beach toys were old and/or needed repair but not a huge deal and they are free.
