“Everyone Deserves a Treat Like This”

The family friendly resort is well managed, well presented and well maintained. Overall service is tremendous starting with the efficient, friendly check-in that includes welcoming and welcome cool towels and fruit punch drink, that continues through things such as Concierge recommendations and bookings for restaurants with the provision of courtesy transportation to and from the restaurants, and ends with a check out process that helps you leave the island and not just the resort. As good as the service is, it is never obtrusive. Put this against a setting of blue skies and turquoise sea lapping up on a 35 mile long public beach and you can see why everyone deserves a treat like this.

“Nice stay”

TCI was a great island, but food is extremely expensive, especially if you are staying at a 4-star or higher resort. If you don't want to pay for a snorkeling trip, take a taxi to Coral Gardens and use their beach.

“Amazing beach”

One bedroom ocean front suite was amazing until the people in the adjoining room checked in with a child that screamed for part of the night and at six am every morning. It was as if the child was in our room - no sound barriere. Breakfast was very unorganized and the concierge was not very helpful. The facility itself was amazing as was the beach.
