“Lovely , quiet, wonderful staff, would go back”
We are a couple in our 50's. The seven stars was wonderful. It is not a big scene hotel. A great quiet and relaxing place. the service and staff are amazing . If you are looking for a hotel with a bar scene, this is not the place for you.Not a place for teenagers ,but would be great for younger kids.

“Seven Stars Was Five Star!”
Everything about this hotel was exemplar! They treated my boyfriend and I like a king and queen, and it absolutely helped us forget about the stresses of everyday life back home. The room was gorgeous, and whenever we needed something, the staff worked pretty quickly to get it done. Pool and beach were maginificent, but our favorite activity there was Saturday Happy Hour with live music! As for location, it can't be beat - we were able to walk or bike to the nearby shopping centers, casino, and grocery store. Food was pretty expensive, but that was for the entire island, not just the hotel. One of our best vacations ever!
“Beautiful resort on Grace Bay”
Immaculate hotel, exceptional service. The gardenview room we had even had an ocean view! Was convenient to restaurants and shops. The hotel had a shuttle that would bring you and pick you up from any restaurant on the island for free.
“Everyone Deserves a Treat Like This”
The family friendly resort is well managed, well presented and well maintained. Overall service is tremendous starting with the efficient, friendly check-in that includes welcoming and welcome cool towels and fruit punch drink, that continues through things such as Concierge recommendations and bookings for restaurants with the provision of courtesy transportation to and from the restaurants, and ends with a check out process that helps you leave the island and not just the resort. As good as the service is, it is never obtrusive. Put this against a setting of blue skies and turquoise sea lapping up on a 35 mile long public beach and you can see why everyone deserves a treat like this.
“TCI's Best kept secret!”
Our room was beautiful, although the keys worked when they wanted too!, the pool was great and the pool staff was amazing!, go to the IGA across the street to get snacks and goodies, the elevators were very quick, we had a ocean and pool view (amazing). Nothing to do on the Island but relax, shopping wasn't that great, so don't expect designer stores!
“Absolutely amazing!”
The resort was beautiful! The service was fantastic. We had the airport shuttle which was very convenient. Our room was unbelievable! We live in NYC and it was twice the size of our apartment. Very nice! The views were amazing. Every staff member was very nice and went out of their way to accomodate us.
“Loved Seven Stars and Provo!”
We had a great experience at the Seven Stars! The hotel staff was pleasant, very helpful, the grounds were beautiful, loved the heated pool, and the rooms were spacious. It's a very convenient location and the hotel shuttle was usually very easy. We were able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, etc... We had our 6 year old daughter with us and they treated her like a princess. She participated in the Kids Camp and had a blast. Its on a very nice section of the beach.
“Seven Stars was Amazing!”
The Hotel was Amazing! Centrally located. Only 15 minutes from airport. I was so impressed by the hotel and the excellent service. The hotel looked very new and the room was beautiful. I totally recommend it to everyone and we are planning to go back this year. Best hotel on the beach!!
“Outstanding resort”
I travelled to this resort with my wife and 5 year old son and can only rave of this resort. We had an incredible stay and found the room to be perfect with every amenity possible. We stayed at the Oceanview studio and can tell you it was big and luxurious. The bathroom has plenty of room along with a shower and bathtub. The kitchenette is top of the line with enough to get you through you trip. The beach is spectacular and the resort crew caters to your every need. This resort has just recently open so it is not as popular, but it is perfectly located in town to many eateries. A perfect place for a luxurious getaway.
